The Relationship Between IL-17?hs-CRP And Acute Coronary Sysdrom And The Degree Of Coronary Atery Lesion

Objective:To observe venous blood interleukin-17?interleukin-17,IL-17?,high-sensitivity c-reactive protein?high sensitivity c-reactive protein,hs-CRP?in the acute myocardial infarction,unstable angina pectoris,stable angina pectoris and non coronary heart disease peaple expressing differently and their correlation with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.To discuss the role and significance of IL-17,hs-CRP in the pathological basis mechanism of acute coronary syndrome?ACS?.Methods:In total,from 2015 July to Decmeber,96 patients with sysptom of coronary heart disease in Shanxi Cardivascular Hospital were recruited,including the ward of conary care unit and the ward of the coronary intervention.All patients were divided into four groups:AMI group?n=29?,UAP group?n=27?,SAP group?n=20?,HC group?n=20?.HC group included the degree of coronary stenosis<50%and normal coronary atery.All patients were undergo coronary angiography.Then compute the Gensini score of conary atery stenosis.All patients were blood at once in hosital or the after morning.The serum levels of IL-17 and hs-CRP were detected by ELISA method.Meanwhile collect all patients'clinical data?including age,sex,smoking history,drinking history,Body Mass Index,the history of hypertension,the history of diabetes,the case of blood fat,WBC count,et al?.Results:?1?The serum level of IL-17:AMI group was 4.46±1.35 ng/L,UAP group was3.70±1.54ng/L,SAP group was 1.61±0.76 ng/L,HC group was 2.20±1.10 ng/L.The serum level of IL-17 was increased in AMI group compared with other three groups?all P<0.05?.The serum level of IL-17 was increased in UAP group compared with SAP group and HC group?all P<0.05?.The serum level of IL-17 in UAP group was no obvious different compared with HC group?P>0.05?.?2?The serum level of hs-CRP:AMI group was 25.15±2.87 mg/L,UAP group was 21.34±5.69 mg/L,SAP group was 16.91±4.11 mg/L,HC group was 17.51±5.14 mg/L.The serum level of hs-CRP was increased in AMI group comaperd with other three groups?all P<0.05?.The serum level of hs-CRP was increased in UAP group compared with SAP group,HC group?all P<0.05?.The serum level of hs-CRP in UAP group was no obvious different compared with HC group?P>0.05?.?3?The Gensini score:AMI group was 52.5±26.8,UAP groupwas 40.0±18.0,SAP group was 44.1±15.5,HCgroup was 5.0±4.0.The Gensini score in AMI group was higher than UAP group?P<0.05?,the Gensini score in UAP group was no obvious different compared with UAP group?P>0.05?.?4?In the relation analyze,the relation between IL-17 and hs-CRP showed a positive correlation?r₁=0.365,P<0.001?.The relation between Gensini score and IL-17,hs-CRP showed a slight positive correlation?r₂=0.12,P<0.05,r₃=0.27,P<0.05?.?5?In the regression analysis,the factors enabling the higher serum level of IL-17conclude WBC count,the factors enabling the lower serum level of IL-17 conclude the level of serum HDL-C?P<0.01?.The factors enabling the higher serum level of hs-CRP conclude the history of hypertension,the level of serum LDL-C,the WBC count?P<0.01?.Conclusion:1?The inflammation factors such as IL-17,hs-CRP were obvious different in ACS patiens,inflammation cells may participate in the occurrence and the progress of ACS.2?The relation between IL-17 and hs-CRP showed a preferable correlation.3?The relation beween Geninsi score and IL-17,hs-CRP showed a slight relation.4?Many factors may effect the serum of IL-17 and hs-CRP.
