Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the association between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and atrialfibrillation(AF)after Percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention(PCI)of Non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI).Subjects and Methods:207 patient of NSTEMI were selected, and a total of 109 patients who were record with AF after PCI and 108 not found AF after PCI were recruited.AF was diagnosed using standard clinical criteria, and NLR was calculated as the ratio of the neutrophil to lymphocytes, obtained from the blood samples that were taken in the fasting state before PCI.The correlation of NLR and clinical biochemical indicators was investigated. Results:The prevalence rate of hypertension, levels of LDL,WBC,NL R,PLT,CRP were significance higher in AF group than the control group,And levels of LYM,HDL were significance lower in AF group than the control group, with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).But the levels of CHOL were same. Then put the meaningful date into the logistics analysis, the ruselt of NLR is permitted. Conclusion:In this study,NLR level are the predictors of the new AF after PCI.of the NSTEMI.
