Purpose Diabetes Mellitus(DM)is one of the major non-communicable diseases that currently threaten global human health. The prevalence of diabetes in China is rapidly rising. This not only imposes a heavy burden on social and economic development.,And the disease itself and its serious complications, such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic foot, etc.,greatly reduce the quality of life of patients, causing serious harm.In the past 30 years, the prevalence of diabetes in China has increased significantly.Especially in the last 10 years, the prevalence of diabetes has become more pronounced. At present, people are paying more attention to the functions of islets, trace elements, and genetic genes in the study of diabetes, and less research is being done from the perspective of biochemistry. In order to study the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of diabetes from different perspectives, this paper intends to explore the differences in serum calcium and phosphorus levels between patients with type 2 diabetes and non-diabetics,and their related metabolic indicators such as 1,25(OH)2D3,The correlation between PTH and FGF23 and the relationship between calcium and phosphorus regulators and type 2 diabetes, and the significance of serum phosphorus in the development of type 2 diabetes, will help us to understand and treat diseases from new targets. It provides valuable clinical research data for the prevention, treatment, improvement of prognosis, and improvement of the quality of life of patients with diabetes.Method In this study, the criteria for diabetes diagnosis and classification proposed by the WHO rganization Diabetes Expert Committee, which is commonly used in the world, were selected as the selection criteria. The case group selected a definitive diagnosis type 2 from July 2017 to September 2017 in a provincial hospital. There were 102 patients with diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and no related complications such as kidney, heart and blood vessels, and 69 males. The average age was 59.88±10.73 years old and 33 were females. The average age was 59.67±10.91 years old. Both were postmenopausal women. In the control group,83 healthy people were selected from the physical examination center at the same time, and 50 were males. The average age was 61.06±10.37 years, and 33 were females, with an average age of 61.3±10.54 years. All were post-menopausal women. The clinical data of these subjects were collected.Blood biochemical indices of the subjects were measured using kits and testing instruments provided by Beckman Coulter and RD of the United States. The data was then analyzed using SPSS 18.0 software.Statistical analysis was conducted to compare the differences in calcium and phosphorus levels and levels of 1,25(OH)2D3,PTH,and FGF23 related regulatory metabolic indicators between the two groups, and to analyze the correlation between these data.Result1.The incidence of osteoporosis and osteopenia is significantly increased in T2 DM patients.2.In patients with type 2 diabetes, there is still a decrease in blood calcium and phosphorus in the condition of normal renal function.3.The levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism 1,25(OH)2D3 and PTH in patients with type 2 diabetes were higher than those in the control group, but the decrease of serum calcium and phosphorus showed that the body was in a reactive state.4.Changes in FGF23 levels correlated with levels of 1,25(OH)2D3,PTH,and calcium and phosphorus.ConclusionThe level of blood calcium and phosphorus in patients with type 2 diabetes is significantly lower than that of non diabetic patients. It is suggested that the metabolic disorder of calcium and phosphorus may exist in the body of type 2 diabetics, and the correlation of 1,25(OH)2D3,PTH and FGF23 with calcium and phosphorus metabolism related indexes is related to the difference of metabolic difference,so it is clinically in the treatment of type 2.Patients with diabetes need to pay close attention to the level of blood phosphorus and regulate the calcium phosphorus regulation. In this study, the relationship between blood calcium and phosphorus and type 2 diabetes was analyzed from the macro level of phosphorus in human body, and the possibility of early prevention of type 2 diabetes was excavated from the new pathogenesis. But in the future, new methods and techniques are still needed to find out the role of phosphorus in the occurrence and development of diabetes,as well as in the process of treatment and prevention, and to study the relationship between calcium and phosphorus and diabetes.
