Objective: To assess perioperative coagulation status in patients with gynecologic malignancy through detection of thrombelastogram(TEG)and routine coagulation tests. And to investigate the clinical application value of thromboelastogram in assessing perioperative coagulation status in patients with gynecologic malignancy. Methods: A total of 102 patients with gynecologic oncology in Liaoning Provincial Tumor Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The average age was 51.75 years old between the ages of 33 and 73.According to postoperative histopathological diagnosis results were divided into malignant group and benign group.Among them,79 cases were malignant group and 23 cases were benign group.Thromboelastography was used to evaluate the coagulation status during perioperative period and the differences of TEG between benign and malignant groups were also compared. The results of routine blood coagulation tests were compared with those of routine coagulation tests to evaluate the coagulation status of patients with gynecologic malignancies The significance of the assessment. Results:Compared with benign group, the values of R and K in TEG of malignant group were significantly shortened(P <0.01),Angel,MA and CI values were significantly broadened(P <0.01),and the levels of FIB and D-Dimer were increased(P <0.01).There was no significant difference in other indexes between the two groups(P> 0.05).In 4 cases of malignant group, ultrasonography showed venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation, with preoperative TEG The difference of parameters was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative patients with gynecologic malignancies prone to hypercoagulable blood. In addition, compared with routine coagulation tests, the use of TEG to assess the prognosis of patients with gynecologic malignancies is more comprehensive and accurate.Patients with gynecological malignant tumors tend to form venous thrombosis, preoperative blood hypercoagulability is a high risk factor for postoperative venous thromboembolism in patients with gynecological malignancies, after surgery should be based on the patient’s condition and laboratory tests to develop individualized prevention of thrombosis Program to reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis and thromboembolism in gynecologic oncology patients and better protect the safety of patients with gynecologic cancer.
