Objective: Observe the expression level of ANGPTL3 and the changes of proteinuria in patients with nephrotic syndrome combined with hyperlipidemia, and explore the correlation between them.Method: 136 patients with PNS and 60 normal controls were selected for the detection of serum and urine by ELISA solution ANGPTL3 concentration. Results: 1.TG,CHO,LDL,HDL,24 hUP,Scr,serum and urine ANGPTL3 in NS group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, and ALB was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Gender,age and serum There was no significant difference in urea nitrogen(P>0.05).2.There were significant differences in the quantification of quantitation levels of CHO,TG,HDL,LDL and serum ANGPTL3 at different 24-hour urinary protein levels. There was no difference in urine ANGPTL3 quantification.3.Different levels of serum ANGPTL3 expression,CHO,HDL,LDL and 24 hUP have significant differences,TG,BUN and Scr no difference. There was no difference in urine ANGPTL3 levels,CHO,TG,HDL,LDL,24 hUP,BUN,and Scr.4.Different glucocorticoid doses,CHO,TG,HDL,LDL,24 hUP and serum ANGPTL3 were significantly different,BUN and Scr were no different.Urine ANGPTL3 indicators no difference.5.Correlation analysis showed that the serum ANGPTL3 level was positively correlated with the course of the disease and had no correlation with gender;the urine ANGPTL3 level had no correlation with the course of disease and sex.Serum ANGPTL3 levels were highly positively correlated with 24 hUP,moderately negatively correlated with ALB,and had no correlation with Scr;urinary ANGPTL3 levels were not correlated with 24 hUP,ALB,Scr,and BUN.Serum ANGPTL3 levels were positively correlated with CHO levels, positively correlated with TG levels, positively correlated with LDL levels, and had no correlation with HDL levels;urinary ANGPTL3 levels had no correlation with CHO,TG,LDL,and HDL.There was a moderate positive correlation between serum ANGPTL3 levels and hormone application levels;there was no correlation between urine ANGPTL3 levels and hormoneapplication levels. Conclusion: Serum ANGPTL3 expression levels and proteinuria in patients with nephrotic syndrome were associated with hyperlipidemia, providing new ideas for clinical assessment of PNS conditions, hormone therapy, basic research, new drug development.
