Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Insulin Resistance In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:By observing the use of kidney blood after combined therapy with metformin,polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with insulin resistance(IR)in patients with the clinical curative effect and the indicators of change,to the kidney and blood joint metformin to evaluate the curative effect of treating PCOS with IR.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 patients with PCOS with IR were selected,and the randomized control principle was divided into 30 cases of treatment group and30 patients in the control group.he treatment group was given a combination of the traditional Chinese medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with metformin for three menstrual cycles,and the control group was given the oral administration of metformin for three menstrual cycles.Observe and record two groups of patients before and after the treatment of menstruation,acne,hairy situation,body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR),testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH),LH/FSH levels,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),lipid levels,ovarian size,number of follicles.SPSS21.0 software was used to compare and control the indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 93%,the total effective ate of the control group was 72%,and the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Symptom scores before and after treatment comparison:two groups after treatment in patients with menstrual cycles,TCM symptoms,acne also had an improved(P<0.05),the reatment group of menstruation and TCM symptoms improved significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05),the treatment group and control group in improving patients with ance,hairy there was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.Before and after treatment,body mass index and waist-to-hip ratio were significantly improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).Both groups showed a significant decrease in the treatment of anterior lumbar and hip treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI of thetreatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of WHR(P>0.05).4.Before and after treatment,the ovary volume and follicle number:after treatment,the ovary volume of both groups decreased,and the number of follicle was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The right ovarian volume of the treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of the left ovarian volume was similar to that of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of small follicles in bilateral ovaries(P<0.05)was lower than that in the control group.5.Sex hormone levels before and after the treatment,two groups of patients after treatment of T,LH,LH/FSH values were significantly lower(P<0.05),treatment group T,LH,LH/FSH values significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Before and after treatment,FINS and FPG levels were lower than those in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FPG level between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in improving the patients’ FINS and FPG levels(P>0.05).7.Lipid levels before and after treatment comparison:two groups after treatment before CHOL,TG levels are significantly lower(P<0.05),HDL-C level is obviously increased(P<0.05),LDL-C level there was no significant difference(P>0.05);CHOL levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the HDL-C level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney blood party joint metformin is an effective method for treatment of PCOS with insulin resistance,can significantly improve patients with insulin resistance,reduce the patients’ T,LH,LH/FSH levels,improve blood lipid metabolism,make the menstrual cycle,clinical symptoms improve.The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine is better than that of pure western medicine.
