Clinical Analysis And Research Of Endometriosis Dysmenorrheal (Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Type) Treated With The Combination Of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction And Ibuprofen

Objective To observe the curative effect of Shao Di Zhuyu Decoction Combined with ibuprofen in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by cold stasis blood stasis type endometriosis,so as to find a more effective method for the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods a total of 68 patients with dysmenorrhea due to congealing cold and blood stasis were treated from October 2015 to October-2016 in Gansu Second People's Hospital.68 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was given the treatment of less abdominal Stasis Decoction Combined with ibuprofen,the control group was given Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules,and the two groups were given psychological counseling treatment.The clinical observation of patients enrolled in the study from the beginning,to maintain contact,to ensure that no cases,continuous observation of 3 menstrual cycles,observe two groups before and after treatment and follow-up of patients with dysmenorrhea pain score,pain duration,main symptoms of Chinese medicine,the secondary symptom score,serum prostaglandin F2 alpha(PGF2 alpha)content the change and mental disorders(anxiety and depression)to improve the situation.Results:1.There were no significant differences in patients' age,course of disease,the VAS and symptom score of dysmenorrheal,the integral of dysmenorrheal duration,TCM therapeutic effect as well as scores of SAS and SDS of two groups(P>0.05).2.Two groups' degree of dysmenorrheal in different treatment period(patients' self-evaluation)and symptoms of dysmenorrheal(doctors diagnosis)have significant differences in the 1,2,3 therapy courses(P<0.05),which demonstrates the clinical effect of therapy group was better than that of control group.3.Compared TCM symptoms of patients in two groups after treatment,all symptoms including abdominal pain,mulberry menstruation,pain alleviation in warm,cold extremities,and increased morbid leucorrhoea have been improved.The average index number of therapeutic effect in therapy group was better than that in control group.4.As prostaglandin is a kind of element related to pain intensity,it is necessary to detect its F? level after and before treatment.After treatment,the level of PGF2?in two groups both dropped,there was significant difference in therapy group,its effect was better than that in control group.5.After psychological counseling,the scores of SAS and SDS of patients in two groups were obviously lower than that before treatment,which testified that intervening measures of psychological counseling can alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with endometriosis dysmenorrheal effectively.Conclusion The combination of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction and ibuprofen can be applied in clinical with safety,reliability,and no untoward effect,which has an assistant effect on improvement of degree of dysmenorrheal,duration,TCM symptom in patients with endometriosis dysmenorrheal(cold coagulation and blood stasis type).Matched with proper psychological counseling,it can alleviate psychological obstacle for patients who have anxiety and depression.
