Objectives:to reproduce the establishment of congealing cold and blood stasis rat model, and by gavage to Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, Danshen Decoction in the first three prescriptions. By observing the changes of platelet biological characteristics in the model rats, we observed the changes of the biological characteristics of platelets in the model of blood stasis and blood stasis syndrome in three rats. To explore new targets for treatment of blood stasis in the cold.Methods:Rat do as the research object, with frozen outwash replication cold coagulation and blood stasis rat model, and were orally given Buyang Huanwu Decoction, Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and Danshen Decoction high dose administration.14 days after treatment for 10 days, the duration of the model was given. Blood coagulation was detected in four patients with common carotid artery. The plasma levels of ET-1,5-HT and P-S were detected in plasma.Results:compared with the blank group, model group in APTT was significantly shorter (P< 0.05), Pt was significantly shortened (P< 0.05), fibrinogen were significantly increased (P< 0.05); plasma concentration of ET-1 and P-S has decreased; 5-HT concentrations have significantly decreased (P< 0.05).Compared with the model group, Danshen Decoction to APTT and Pt significantly increased (P< 0.05), FIB decreased significantly (P< 0.05); plasma ET-1 and increased concentrations of P-S trend; Plasma 5-HT concentration has increased remarkably (P< 0.05).Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment group PT was significantly prolonged (P< 0.05), FIB decreased significantly (P< 0.05); plasma ET-1 and increased concentrations of P-S trend; Plasma 5-HT concentration has significantly increased (P< 0.01).Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction treatment group PT was prolonged (P< 0.05), FIB decreased significantly (P< 0.05); Shaofu gradually Zhuyu Decoction high dose group, the plasma ET-1,5-HT concentration has increased significantly (P<0.05); plasma concentrations of P-S increased trend.Conclusions:three 1 parties can have a significant effect on coagulation of blood coagulation in four rats with blood stasis and blood stasis, and the coagulation function of the rats with blood stasis and blood stasis has obvious changes, APTT, PT, and FIB. Three 3 party on the blood stasis in rats with blood stasis on the function of the platelet has a significant change, the protection of the role of platelets.
