The Teatment Of Scar And Application Of Skin Distractor On The Treatment Of Scar

CHAPTER1 THE TEATMENT OF SCARIn the recovering process of tissue wound,scars will be produced if the repair exceeds a certain limit.Injury is the trigger cause of scar formation,but in terms of the mechanism of scar formation,researches so far are still unclear.At present,there are many methods for its treatment,following certain principles,including focusing on prevention,early intervention,combination of multiple treatment methods,adequate and full course of treatment,and integrated design,which can effectively relieve scars and even cure them.This article focuses on the methods of scar treatment at this stage,including their use alone and in combination.CHAPTER 2 APPLICATION OF SKIN DISTRACTOR ON THE TREATMENT OF SCARObjective To apply skin distractor on the treatment of scars and observe its effects with different pull speeds.Methods 104 patients with scars,conforming to the study criteria,were hospitalized in aesthetic surgery department from January 2014 to June 2015.Patients were at random divided into 2 mm/d group and 4 mm/d group.After admission,skin distractors were used to treat cicatrix of patients in 2 groups.Scars were scored by VSS.POSAS before and one year after treatment.General data were processed with χ2 test,other paired sample t test.Results(1)Scores of all scars in 2 groups before treatment were close(with t =-1.384～0.622,P<0.05),higher than those of one year post scars treatment(with t =11.085～24.835,P<0.01).(2)Scores of all scars in 4 mm/d group of one year post treatment were higher than those in 2 mm/d group(with t=-2.583～-2.198,P<0.05).Conclusions Skin distractor can be applicated on the treatment of scars,and treatment effects of skin distractor pulled by 2 mm/d are better than those pulled by 4 mm/d.
