Study On Practice And Influencing Factors Of ICU Specialist Nurses In Xinjiang Corps

Object:To Understand the general working status,practice content,and professional ability level of the nursing personnel who participated in the training of ICU specialist nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of Medicine to obtain the special qualification certificate,and analyze the relevant factors that affect the practice content and professional ability of the ICU specialty nurses in the Corps.In order to effectively train,use and manage ICU specialist nurses to provide reference basis,and thus promote the healthy development of ICU specialist nurses.Methods:From September 2007 to December 2016,participated in the training of ICU specialist nurses in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College to obtain a special qualification certificate.220 nursing staff who agreed to participate in the study were selected for the study,and general survey questionnaires and ICU were issued to them.Specialist nurse practice content questionnaire and ICU specialty nurse professional competence questionnaire.SPSS 20.0 software was used for data analysis.Statistical methods included statistical description,t test,analysis of variance,non-parametric test,Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis,multiple linear regression,multiple logistic regression analysis,and so on.Results : 1.Of the 220 specialist nurses,18(8.2%)acted as head nurses,55(25.0%)assumed clinical teaching work,and 70(31.8%)served as the head of the nursing group.All hospitals do not have specialist nurse posts.2.The highest average score of ICU specialist nurses in the Corps was nursing practice(3.57±0.754),and the lowest was clinical inquiry(2.70±0.899).Univariate analysis results showed that age,nursing age,ICU work duration,specialty qualification duration,academic qualifications,job title,comprehensive training assessment results,priority promotion,salary improvement,leadership support work,research promotion,responsible nurses and managers had an impact on the practice content of ICU specialist nurses(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,ICU working years,priority promotion,salary improvement,leadership support work,research promotion,responsible nurses and managers had an impact on their practical content(P<0.05).3.The professional competence of the ICU specialized nurses of the Corps reached an average(level 3).Univariate analysis showed that age,nursing age,ICU work duration,years of specialty qualifications,academic qualifications,job titles,comprehensive training assessment results,priority promotion,salary improvement,leadership support,scientific research promotion,responsible nurses,teaching teachers And managers had influence on the professional ability of ICU specialist nurses(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that age,nursing age,years of specialty qualifications,academic qualifications,job titles,comprehensive training assessment results,priority promotion,promotion of scientific research,and serving as teachersand managers affected their professional abilities(P<0.05).4.There is a Spearman correlation between P<0.01 or P<0.05 between the various dimensions of the ICU specialist nurses' practice content and their professional abilities.Conclusion: 1.The overall practice of the ICU specialty nurses of the Corps is above the middle level.The highest dimension of the items is the nursing practice,and the lowest is the clinical inquiry.Among them,age,ICU working years,promotion of priority titles,salary enhancement,leadership support,scientific research promotion,responsible nurses and managers are the main factors affecting the practice content of ICU specialty nurses in the Corps.2.The professional capacity of the ICU specialist nurses of the Corps reached an average level of competence and there is still a certain gap between the proficiency levels;The capacity of individual nurses is still at a new level,and there is still a certain gap from the competency level.The main factors affecting the professional capacity of ICU specialty nurses in the Corps include age,nursing age,years of professional qualifications,academic qualifications,job title,comprehensive assessment of training,promotion of priority titles,promotion of scientific research,and serving as teachers and administrators.
