Objective: To describe prevalence of brucellosis infection in Xinjiang corps region and clarify the popularity of brucellosis features,to study the risk factors of brucellosis in Xinjiang corps region and to assess the status of knowledge,attitude and behaviors on brucellosis among key population of Xinjiang corps region so as to explore the main influencing factors of brucellosis and provide the scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Method: Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method is used to obtain key population of eight division and 61 herd for brucellosis infection screening and questionnaires of 2013-2015.According to the geographical distribution in Xinjiang,using the method of multistage stratified sampling to select farm households,herdsman,veterinary,and meat processing personnel over 9 years old from eight divisions(South Xinjiang:1,2 division and Northern Xinjiang:6,7,8,9,10 division)and so on as the research object from March 2013 to December 2015.Brucellosis infection screening and self-designed questionnaire were carried out by a face to face and household investigation.Results: 1.23481 brucellosis key persons were investigated,including 14464 males and 9017 females.The average age is 44.39±10.52.392 is infected and the infection rate was 1.67%,including 310 confirmed cases.The total morbidity rate was 1.32%.Infection rates of three years were 1.23%,1.44% and 2.34%,showing a trend of rising year by year.Infection rate of male(227,1.92%)is higher than women(115,1.28%).In the five main nationalities,Mongolian infection rate(5.34%)is significantly higher than the Han and other minorities,followed by the Hui(3.18%)and Han(1.53%).Among 310 confirmed cases,men is more than women and age concentrated in 30 to 60 years old.Besides brucellosisperiod mainly concentrated in the march to June and showed periodicity.Result of Multivariable logistic regression analysis shows that living in Northern Xinjiang,male,Hui and Mongol nationality,and herdsman is the main influence factors of brucellosis infection.The rate of brucellosis infections rose obviously in Xinjiang corps region,and it is above parts of brucellosis epidemic areas.2.Working without mouth-muffle(OR=3.633,95%CI=1.162~11.359),not washing hands with disinfectant after working(OR=3.735,95%CI=1.492~9.349),not disinfecting the environment of barns(OR=18.872,95%CI=7.377~48.278)and feeding the livestock without quarantine(OR=2.766,95%CI=1.108~6.906)were risk factors for brucellosis.3.11 098 brucellosis key persons of eight divisions were investigated,and the total awareness rate is 83.61%(92794/110980),with the First Division(75.78%,10769/14210)and the Sixth Division(66.45%,10154/15280)lower than the total awareness rate(First Division,?2=52.8,P < 0.001,and Sixth Division,?2=288.1,P < 0.001).The knowledge of brucellosis increased with the education level of the participants(?2linear = 6245,P < 0.001).There were significant differences in the knowledge of brucellosis among different nationalities(P < 0.001),and the Uygur(56.73%,3909/6890)and Hui(57.93%,2850/4920)were obviously lower than it in the Han(87.27%,78932/90450).The Awareness of different age groups is different(P< 0.01),the older age group(74.63%,3515/4710)is minimum.Different occupations were also different(P < 0.001),and the farm households and meat processing personnel were lower,the veterinary highest(94.86%,2438/2570).
