Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in patients with arteriovenous fistula stenosis and to compare the effect of DSA guidance and ultrasound guidance on the patency rate and to analyze the influencing factors of patency rate so as to find the index to evaluate the prognosisMethods: Retrospective analysis From November 2015 to February 2017,all patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University were followed up for dialysis and relevant clinical indexes were collected to analyze the postoperative primary patency and Secondary patency rate, compared DSA guidance and ultrasound guidance of patency rate of two methods.Analysis of the impact of various indicators on patency rate. Results: The mean patency rate of primary patency was 14.56 months(95% CI: 11.509-17.617).The average patency rate of all patients at 3,6 and 12 months after PTA was calculated using KM survival analysis. The average follow-up time was 12.29 months.Primary patency was 92.6% at 3 months,75.9% at 6 months and 56.6% at 12 months. The average patency rate of secondary patency was 17.65 months,95% CI(14.391-20.921),97.8% in March,91.1% in 6 months and 74.6% in 12 months. The primary patency rate of 24 patients with low internal hemorrhoids in the age group was 69.7% at 12 months. The 30-year primary patency rate of 30 patients in the elderly group using the age group was 56.7%,and 80.4% in the 12-month age group using the lower patency rate in the secondary patency rate, and 12 patients in the 30 patients with high internal hemorrhoids using the age group. The monthly patency rate was 60.9%.The low internal hemorrhoid age group had higher primary and secondary patency rates than the high internal hemorrhoid age group.18 patients taking aspirin were 61.1% at 12 months, and 36 patients who did not take aspirin at 12 months were 54.5%(P=0.418).For patients with aspirin, secondary patency rate was 81.0% in 18 patients at 12 months, and 36 patients who did not take aspirin at 12 months were 67.7%(P=0.032).Twenty-two patients taking statins were 71.5% at 12 months, and 32 patients who did not take statin were 46.5% at 12 months postoperatively(P=0.033).The primary patency rate of PTA in 18 patients with diabetes was 43.1% at 12 months. In patients without diabetes,68.3%(P = 0.043).In patients with diabetes, the secondary patency rate after PTA was 64.5% at 12 months, whereas it was 81.6% for those without diabetes(P=0.620).In 44 patients with AVF,the primary patency rate was 57.9% at 12 months. In 10 patients with AVG,the primary patency rate was 50.0% after 12 months. The AVG1 patency rate was lower than the AVF patency rate, but the Log Rank test showed no statistically significant Age(P=0.021),PLT(P=0.037),ALB(P=0.032)and APTT(P=0.022)were related factors affecting primary patency.Age(P=0.042),PLT(P=0.026),dialysis age(P=0.037),ALB(P=0.020).The use age of internal hemorrhoids(P=0.050)is a relevant factor affecting the secondary patency rate. Conclusions: The primary patency rates of 54 PTA patients at 3,6 and 12 months after operation were 92.6%,75.9% and 56.6%.Secondary patency rates were 97.8%,87.4%,and 74.6%.Age,age of internal hemorrhoids, and internal hemorrhoids were risk factors for the patency rate of PTA.Albumin is a protective factor.Aspirin improved the secondary patency rate after PTA(P<0.05),and statins improved primary and secondary patency rates(P<0.05).
