The Clinical Research Of The Interventional Effect Of Tonifying Kidney And Activating Blood Periodic Therapy Before IVF-ET Again

Study objective To observe the interventional effect of the periodic therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood before IVF-ET again,and its effects on pregnancy,thickness of endometrium on HCG day,number of mature eggs,number of fresh embryos,AMH,transplant rate,cycle cancellation rate,early abortion rate and so on are to be monitored.To objectively evaluate the pregnancy helping efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine periodic therapy intervening in patients with IVF-ET failed,as well as safety,and finally scientific basis for its clinical application is to be provided.Research method Eighty kidney deficiency and blood stasis type patients who pre-do IVF-ET again were selected as clinical study objects in the reproductive center of West China Women's and Children's Hospital.Through a randomized,controlled clinical trial,the treatment group was given tonifying kidney and activating blood periodic therapy interventional treatment for 3 months,then was treated by IVF-ET to aid for pregnancy;after three months of natural waiting,the control group performed IVF-ET to help with pregnancy.Before and after the treatment,the record of endometrial thickness on HCG day,the number of mature eggs,fresh embryos number,AMH and the TCM syndrome score were observed in the treatment group and the control group,and the pregnancy rate,transplant rate,cycle cancellation rate,early miscarriage rate and natural pregnancy were counted.Research results1.Comparison between groups after treatment: the natural pregnancy,the clinical pregnancy rate of the initial cycle,and the clinical pregnancy rate of the transplantation period were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups in the pregnancy rate of initial cycle,pregnancy rate of transplantation cycle,transplant rate of initial cycle,transplant rate of egg collection cycle,cycle cancellation rate,early abortion rate,number of mature eggs,number of fresh embryos,thickness of endometrium on HCG day,and AMH.2.Comparison in treatment group: the clinical pregnancy rate of the initial cycle,the clinical pregnancy rate of the transplantation cycle,the transplant rate of the initial cycle,the transplant rate of the egg collection cycle,the rate of cycle cancellation,the thickness of endometrium on the day of HCG,and AMH were statistically significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The number of mature eggs,fresh embryos number,initial cycle pregnancy rate,transplant cycle pregnancy rate and early miscarriage rate were not statistically significant in the group(P>0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome: between the two groups,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM syndromes score,main symptom "menstrual disorder,the amount of different,color dark block",secondary syndrome disappearance rate were statistical significance after treatment(P<0.05).The main TCM symptoms,TCM syndromes score were statistical significance in the treatment group(P < 0.05).After the treatment,the main symptoms of "long marriage infertility","had pregnancy,after infertility" had no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Research conclusion The periodic therapy of tonifying kidney and activating blood can improve the clinical pregnancy rate and increase the natural pregnancy rate.To some extent,it can improve the indexes of IVF-ET patients.
