Clinical Study Of Sub-Health Condition Treated With Modified Long Snake Moxibustion

Objective:Contrasting the clinical effect of New long snake moxibustion?Moxibustion on Du 4 and Lifestyle intervention in Sub-health condition.of Yang deficiency type to explore the better way to improve sub-health of Yang deficiency.Method:the 99 patients with Sub-health of Yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group New snake moxibustion group,control group1(moxibustion on Du4),control group 2(lifestyle intervention),33 cases in each group,Three groups of integral changes were observed before and after treatment in Yang deficiency of sub scale,Fatigue Scale(FS-14),WHO QOL-BREF,Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Analyze and compare three sets of data difference Results:Comparison within groups:treatment group revealed significant difference before and after intervention in cores of Yang deficiencyof sub scale,SDS,SAS,FS-14 and WHOQOL-BREF(P<0.05).while control group1 show difference in cores of Yang deficiency of sub scale,FS-14,SAS,the physiology,psychology and social relations field of WHOQOL-BREF(P<0.05),However,there were no statistical difference of all these measurements in control group 2(P>0.05).except cores of Yang deficiency of sub scale(P<0.05).Comparison among groups:in cores of Yang deficiency of sub scale,FS-14,SAS,SDS and psychology and social relations fields of WHOQOL-BREF,the treatment group is similar to control group1(P>0.05);and in cores of Yang deficiency of sub scale,FS-14,SAS,SDS and WHOQOL-BREF,the treatment group is better than Control group2(P<0.05),While,congtrol group 1 is equal to control group 2 in environment and social relation of WHOQOL-BREF(P>0.05).Follow-up: in treatment group follow-up is difference to before and after treatment(P<0.05),in control group1 and control group2,follow-up is difference to before treatment and is similar to after treatment;while Comparison among groups,The treatment group is better than control group2(P<0.05),and is similar to control group 1(P>0.05).Total effective rate : The treatment group is better than control group 2(P>0.05)and is similar to control group 1 in total effective rate(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.All of the three treatment can improve the score of Yang deficiency of sub scale,and the treatment group along with control group1 have similar short-term effect,but treatment group is better than control group 1 in late result.2.In total effective rate,Both of treatment group and control group1 are better than control group 2,while treatment group is similar to control group1.3.Both of treatment group and control group 1can improve the effect of FS-14,and SAS,and treatment group is better than control group 1 in those fields.4.Treatment group can improve the SDS,while control group1 and control group2 can not impvove it.5.In WHOQOL-BREF,control group2 can not improve the effect,While in physiology and environment field treatment group is better than control group 1,in psychology and social relation,they have equal effect.
