Objective:Exploring the clinical value of ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in women.Methods:72 female patients were collected who diagnosed with coronary heart disease or suspected coronary heart disease at the Department of Cardiology,First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from August 2015 to January 2018.All patients completed ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging and coronary angiography or coronary CTA during the same period(within 1 month).Using coronary angiography or coronary CTA as the gold standard,to calculate the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease and coronary artery disease.Results:1.Using coronary angiography or coronary CTA as the gold standard for diagnosis,the sensitivity of ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 87.72%(50/57),specificity was 46.67%(7/15),accuracy of 79.17%(57/72),positive predictive value of 86.21%(50/58)and negative predictive value of 50.00%(7/14).2.The sensitivity of ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging in detection of diseased vessels was 83.72%(72/86),specificity was 83.85%(109/130),and accuracy was 83.80%(88/153).3.The sensitivity and specificity of ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary artery lesions were 90.91%and 60.71%in the anterior descending coronary artery,68.18%and 90.00%in the circumflex artery,85.00%and 90.38%in the right coronary artery.4.The sensitivity of ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease in young and elderly women was 84.21%(16/19)and 89.47%(34/38);the specificity was 50.00%(3/6)and 44.44%(4/9).The sensitivity and specificity of the two were not significantly different(Fisher’s exact test)(P>0.05).Conclusion:ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging has a higher diagnostic value in female patients.
