Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of nicotine dependence on the efficacy of cisatracurium in patients with thoracic surgery and to provide a better theoretical basis for the individualized use of drugs in clinical practice. Methods: We selected the first affiliated hospital of China Medical University from March 2016 to September 2016 elective unilateral lobectomy male patients 80 cases.According to the Fagerstr(?)m nicotine dependence score, there were 4 groups of 20 patients in each group, divided into 4 groups of 20 patients: A group,no nicotine dependence in patients;B group, patients with mild nicotine dependence;C group, moderate nicotine dependence patients;Group D,patients with severe nicotine dependence. All four groups adopted the same anesthesia induction method, anesthesia maintenance method and postoperative analgesia method.Four times of ED95cisatracurium(0.2 mg / kg)was injected during anesthesia induction.Muscle relaxation monitoring was performed with a TOF Watch accelerometer. The onset of muscle relaxant was observed and recorded.T1 Maximum inhibitory time),TOF non-response period t2(muscle relaxant maintenance time that is T1 continued for 0 time),clinical muscle relaxation time t3(T1 recovery from the maximum extent of inhibition to 25% of the time),recovery index t4(T1 from 25% recovery to 75% of the time)and whether the temporary chest wash before(when the lungs aspiration)temporarily add muscle relaxants. Results: There was no significant difference in general data such as age, body mass index, intraoperative temperature changes, anesthesia and operation time and other general information(p>0.05).The excellent rate of endotracheal intubation among the four groups was high, the excellent rate of intubation was 85%,80%,80%,80%respectively.There was no body movement and other adverse events during intubation. There was no significant difference in intubation rating Significance(p>0.05).There was no significant difference between the four groups in the onset of muscle relaxant, the difference was not statistically significant(p > 0.05).There was no significant difference in TOF nonresponse time, clinical muscle relaxation time and recovery indexbetween patients with light and moderate nicotine dependence and no nicotine dependence(p>0.05).The patients with severe nicotine dependence had no response to TOF,the time of clinical muscle relaxation and recovery index were significantly shorter than those without nicotine dependence, and the number of times of additional muscle relaxants was significantly higher than that of patients without nicotine dependence(p<0.05).Conclusion: Whether nicotine dependence and dependence dose not affect the muscle relaxantion onset time of cisatracurium;severe nicotine dependence in patients with cisatracurium block retention time, clinical duration and recovery index shorter than those without nicotine dependence.
