Objective: To investigate the relationship between APRI and Child-Pugh classification in hepatitis B liver cirrhosis, and the predictive value of APRI for esophageal varices in hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis.Method: The retrospective study selected 104 patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital as observation group,Collection of clinical data within 24 h of patient's admission. The collected admission was divided into Child A(n=61),Child B(n=26)and Child C(n=17)according to the Child-Pugh grading standard. And 30 patients with chronic gastritis were selected as control group. All aspartic acid aminotransferase(AST),platelet(PLT),The APRI indices of the control group and the group of cases were calculated and compared.Selection of the hospital during the perfect gastroscopy patients,95 patients with gastroscopy were selected during hospitalization, according to the degree of esophageal varices,Calculate s the APRI value, and draw the ROC curve. Results: 1?104 cases of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis patients with child scoring and grouping,APRI value in the child classification of different groups are statistically significant(p<0.01),and with the severity of the disease increased.2?after the linear correlation analysis of two variables,APRI was positively correlated with Child-Pugh score(r=0.628,p<0.01).3?APRI Forecast(Light medium weight)esophageal varices,(medium weight)esophageal varices, severe esophageal varices under the ROC curve area of 0.686,0.728,0.781,(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1?the APRI value of liver cirrhosis patients increased with the increase of Child-Pugh score, and the two were positively correlated.2? APRI has a certain predictive effect on esophageal varices in patients with liver cirrhosis. It can provide an effective basis for judging and evaluating the severity of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis B and is helpful to the prognosis of patients with liver disease.
