Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum lipids, cholinesterase and Child-pugh classification in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:83 cases patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University Department of infection from December 2013 to 2015 December as the research object, collect the clinical data, and to select the outpatient health people 78 cases as the control to collect fasting serum lipid, cholinesterase; T test and variance analysis were used to analyze, so as to the linear correlation. Results:Different gender and age in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, blood lipid levels in patients with no difference (P> 0.05); low of liver cirrhosis patients with serum lipid levels and cholinesterase, compared with healthy subjects, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P<0.01); different child Pugh classification of lhepatitis B cirrhosis patients’ serum lipid levels and cholinesterase differences were statistically significant (P<0.01), each group respectively difference also have statistical significance (P<0.05), with the child Pugh score higher, the lower the level of serum lipid and cholinesterase, the serum lipid levels, cholinesterase and child Pugh score was negatively correlated. Conclusions:Relationship in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the serum lipids levels, cholinesterase and Child-pugh grading was negative, the serum lipid level and cholinesterase can be used as an important index to judge the degree of liver damage and liver reserve function in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis, and it is helpful to judge the patients’ condition and prognosis.
