Multivariate Analysis Of Cerebral Infarction After Carotid Artery

Objective: To analyze the multiple risk factors of cerebral infarction after carotid stenosis and achieve the purpose of early warning and prevention of cerebral infarction after carotid stenosis.Methods: First look at the data and select factors that may lead to cerebral infarction after carotid stenosis.Patients with carotid artery stenosis in our hospital from January2016 to October 2017 were divided into groups according to whether there was cerebral infarction or not,carotid stenosis accompanied with cerebral infarction was infarction group,carotid artery stenosis without cerebral infarction was the control group,infarction group 98 cases,98 cases of non-infarction group.Clinical data and experimental data collected in patients with and without infarction were included(degree of carotid artery stenosis,number of carotid plaques,hypertension,diabetes,triglycerides,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,smoking History,drinking history,infection,and history of heart-related diseases were analyzed statistically.Results: The occurrence of cerebral infarction after carotid stenosis is the result of a combination of factors and mechanisms.Univariate analysis showed that the degree of carotid artery stenosis,number of carotid plaques,hypertension,diabetes,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein,low-density lipoprotein,and smoking history were significantly higher in the cerebral infarction group than in the non-infarct group(P<0.05).Carotid stenosis with cerebral infarction as the dependent variable,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,low-density lipoprotein,and smoking history were independent risk factors for carotid stenosis with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion: Hypertension,low-density lipoprotein,and cigarette smoking were significantly associated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction after carotid artery stenosis.Hypertension,low-density lipoprotein,and smoking were independent risk factors for cerebral infarction after carotid stenosis.
