| Objective: To investigate the effect of different operation time on the prognosis of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by anterior communicating aneurysm.Method:The data of 96 patients diagnosed with anterior communicating aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage from January 2014 to December 2017 in our department of neurosurgery were retrospectively analyzed.According to the imaging data of hospitalized patients, the patients were graded according to the Hunt-Hess grading method. The I to III level was low grade group,a total of 59 cases, and IV to V level was a high level group,a total of 37 cases.According to the difference of the time of operation, the sub group was the early operation group and the delayed operation group.Comparison of the prognosis of patients with different operation in different operationResult: The situations of age, gender, hematoma volumes between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05),which determined the feasibility of this research. In the low grade group, the good prognosis of the early operation patients was 80%,and the prognosis of the patients in the delayed operation was 45.8%.The rate of good prognosis in the early operation was higher than that of the delayed operation, and the statistical difference between the two groups was statistically significant. In the advanced group, the good rate of the early operation patients was 41.7%,and the good rate of the patients in the delayed operation was 60%.The good prognosis of the patients in the delayed operation was higher than that of the early surgical patients, and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion: The results had showed that the prognosis of low grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage is better than that of early surgical treatment. The prognosis of high grade aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage is better. Therefore, when choosing the operation time of patients,we should choose according to the severity of patients,so as to improve the prognosis of patients. |
