Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Euthyrox Combined With Trimetazidine In Treatment Of Patients With Heart Failure Caused By Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Euthyrox combined with trimetazidine(TMZ)in treatment of patients with heart failure(HF)caused by dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods: A total of 86 patients with HF caused by DCM in the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group(treated with Euthyrox and TMZ,43 cases)and the control group(treated with TMZ,43 cases).Changes in ventricular remodeling,TH levels and prognosis indexes of HF before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Levels of serum matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1),angiotensin II(Ang-II)and endothelin-1(ET-1)were significantly decreased in two groups(P<0.05).The decreased ranges of ventricular remodeling indexes in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and peripheral blood lymphocyte ? receptor density were significantly increased(P<0.05)while levels of plasma type B brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),serum soluble Sema4D(sSema4D)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05).Changes in levels of TH,BNP and sSema4 D were greater in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious changes in blood pressure,heart rate and other vital signs,and there were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Euthyrox combined with TMZ is significantly effective in the treatment of patients with HF caused by DCM.The regimen can effectively improve ventricular remodeling and levels of thyroid hormones,and improve the cardiac diastolic function,with high safety.
