Clinical Observation Of 33 Cases Of Hemophilia Children's Diagnosis And Treatment

Objective: The diagnosis and treatment of hemophilia A male children in our hospital were analyzed and their characteristics were understood so as to better guide the clinical work.Methods: The clinical data of 33 male children with hemophilia A in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Results: In our hospital,hemophilia A is mainly medium and heavy,the first hemorrhage is most common with spontaneous hemorrhage,followed by trauma.Most of the children were treated with On-demand treatment,and the proportion of preventive treatment was low and the treatment was mainly short-term and low dose.Conclusion: Our hospital of children with hemophilia A is given priority to with medium and heavy,may be affected by economic condition,medical insurance policy and compliance of patients,most families choose on-demand treatment,preventive treatment ratio is low.The family members of children with minor bleeding,such as skin stasis and subcutaneous hematoma,were not recognized and treated with delayed treatment.
