Prevention Of Deep Venous Thrombosis In Lower Limbs

Deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of the lower extremities is a critical disease.It is becoming more common in the clinic,and the incidence and diagnostic rate are increasing year by year.If the early diagnosis and treatment can not be used,the acute stage of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities can cause pulmonary embolism due to the fall of thrombus and endanger the life.The lower extremity deep vein thrombosis syndrome can cause a series of complications such as lower limb swelling,which affects the quality of life.In the environment of promoting healthy China,the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities is particularly important.Analysis of the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity,as a basis for inspection in recent years on the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis prevention research literature,this paper DVT physical prevention(pressure gradient compression stockings,intermittent pneumatic compression device,ankle pump motor etc.)and drug prevention(heparin and vitamin K antagonists,new antithrombotic the formation of anticoagulants)are discussed.
