| Acute coronary syndrome(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)is a common group of severe cardiovascular diseases.Failure to deal with it can easily lead to adverse consequences. How to assess the risk of ACS patients early to guide the clinical to take active and effective treatment and prevention measures has become the focus of current clinical research.Although some guidelines recommend the use of the GRACE risk score for risk stratification in ACS patients, the scores are cumbersome and most of the indicators are retrospective and do not apply to early rapid assessments. This article reviews the value of platelet parameters(such as platelet distribution width, mean platelet volume)and resting electrocardiographic parameters(fragmented QRS waves,Deceleration of rate)that are easily accessible in clinical practice for ACS patients. |
