Purpose:To investigate the correlation between platelet volume distribution width/lymphocyte count ratio(PDWLR)and the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Method:According to the ACS diagnostic criteria of the European Society of Cardiology(ESC)in 2012,200 patients with clinically confirmed acute coronary syndrome were selected as the case group, including 57 cases of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,33 cases of acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, and 110 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UA).Fifty non-coronary heart disease patients with normal CAG during the same period were used as blank control group, and the case group was divided into two groups according to the median Gensini score of the samples according to the coronary angiography assessment, namely the mild stenosis group and the severe stenosis group.General data, platelet volume and distribution width, lymphocyte count, creatinine and other laboratory test data of all enrolled patients were collected, and neutrophil/lymphocyte count ratio(NLR)and platelet distribution width/lymphocyte count ratio(PDWLR)were calculated.SPSS26.0 software analyzed the correlation between NLR,PDWLR and the severity of coronary artery disease. Results:Comparison of mild stenosis and severe stenosis in ACS group. There was no significant difference in PDWLR(> 0.05).Binary logistic regression showed that PDWLR was not an factor affecting the severity of coronary artery lesions in ACS patients(P > 0.05).PDWLR was an independent factor affecting the severity of coronary artery lesions in AMI patients. The area under ROC curve(AUC)of PDWLR was 0.636(P <0.05),and the maximum entry index was 0.29.It is speculated that when PDWLR value is greater than 7.270833333,the stenosis degree of coronary artery lesions is large. In the analysis of UA subgroup, there was no significant difference in other indexes except low-density lipoprotein cholesterol among mild and severe stenosis groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:There was a significant correlation between PDWLR and acute coronary syndrome(AMI).When PDWLR > 7.270833333,coronary artery stenosis in AMI patients was considered to be serious.
