Objective: This paper aims to explore the clinical features of Burkitt lymphoma/leukemia and explore different clinical factors and the value of CD10,Bcl-6,Bcl-2 and MUM1 immunostains to treatment response and prognosis.Method: A total of 127 patients with BL/BAL in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from February,2008 to September,2017 were treated as the research object, and their clinical characteristics were analyzed. The clinical data of 36 patients with BL/BAL were collected, and they had complete clinical data and had received B-NHL-2009 treatment. Then the expression of CD10,B B-NHL-2009cl-6,Bcl-2 and MUM1 with immunohistochemical staining, and the relationship of prognosis were analyzed.Result: Among the 127 cases, there are 15 cases of intussusception(11.81%),45 cases of abdominal masses(35.43%),13 cases of maxillofacial region masses(10.24%)and 13 cases of cervical masses(10.24%).The duration of the diagnosis was 9 hours to 1 year(the median time was 15 days, and the mean time was 27.98,plus or minus 3.89 days). There was no significant difference among the levels of WBC,PLT,Hb and LDH in different age groups(P>0.05).The levels of PLT and Hb for children in stage ? and stage ? were lower than those in the stage ?(P<0.05).The LDH level of children in stage ? and stage ? increased significantly compared with that in stage ?(P<0.05).The average follow-up time of 36 patients with B-NHL-2009 treatment was 15.69,plus or minus 2.55 months,2 cases did not remit and even progressed to death,5 cases relapsed, and the EFS was 58.00 months, plus or minus 5.20 months. The median recurrence time of 5 patients with recurrence was 8 months(2-15 months),among which there is 1 case of local recurrence,1 case of bone marrow recurrence,2 cases of central recurrence, and 1 case of bone marrow joint central recurrence. There is no relation between EFS and gender,age,Bcl-2 and MUM1 expression(P>0.05).The EFS of children in stage is significantly lower than that in stage ? and stage ?(P<0.05).Conclusion: BL/BAL presents high invasion. It progresses rapidly in clinic, and extranodal invasion is the main performance.Intensive chemotherapy in a short course of treatment can improve prognosis. The prognosis of children in stage IV is not good, and the immunophenotype of Bcl-2 and MUM1 expression may have nothing to do with prognosis.
