Exploration Of Internet+ Sandwich Teaching Methods In The Clinical Nursing Teaching

Objective Selecting Wechat platform as a means of interactive Internet,this study compared the effects of Internet + Sandwich teaching methods with traditional Sandwich teaching methods alone in the clinical nursing teaching of orthopedic department.Methods Sixty students in the orthopedic department were randomly divided into two groups:(a)The experimental group accepted Internet + Sandwich teaching methods;(b)The control group accepted Sandwich teaching methods only.The demographic characteristics of all the students were recorded before implementing this experiment,and their satisfaction and scores were also recorded after two months.Results The baseline parameters(e.g.,sex,educational background and scores in the school)of the two groups were similar(P>0.05).After teaching,there were significant differences in scores and satisfaction among the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Internet + Sandwich teaching methods can significantly increase the students' scores and satisfaction,thus,it is well worth spreading.
