| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of intrauterine device(IUD)and interceed absorbable adhesion barrier in preventing re-adhesion aftert ranscervical resection of adhesion(TCRA).Methods:Totally 120 patients with moderate or severe intrauterine adhesion(IUA)diagnosed by hysteroscopy from July 2015 to July 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were randomly divided into two groups:70 cases were included in group A,which treated with IUD combined with interceed absorbable adhesion barrier;50 cases were included in group B which treated with interceed absorbable adhesion barrier. The incidence of adhesion recurrence, there covery of uterine anatomy, menstrual, the fertility rate were observed. Results:The adhesion recurrence rate in group A(37.1%)was significantly lower than that in group B(56.0%),P=0.041.There was no significant difference between group A and group B infertility rate(22.9%vs.22.0%),P=0.912.The menstrual improvement rate was 72.9%in group A and 62.0%in group B(P=0.523).There covery of uterine anatomy was 100%in group A and 98.0%in group B(P=0.554).Conclusion:IUD combined with interceed absorbable adhesion barrier is better than interceed absorbable adhesion barrier to prevent re-adhesion after TCRA.These two methods are both effective in improving menstruation, recovering uterine anatomy and postoperative pregnancy outcome. |
