Analysis On The Willingness Of Cesarean Section And Its Influencing Factors In The Early Pregnacy Women

Objective: The purpose of this study is to understand the status of cesarean section of women in the early pregnancy and to explore the influencing factors through the study of the will of cesarean section in the early pregnancy,and then to provide the baseline information for the key figures,key time and key factors of the decision of cesarean section.In order to effectively reduce the rate of cesarean section without indication,protect maternal and infant health,and make rational use of limited health resources,we will provide positive suggestions.Method: In this study,a stratified random sampling method was adopted to extract a district and county in the more developed city of Chongqing,the developed western Chongqing,the less developed Northeast Chongqing and the southeast of Chongqing,and the maternal and child health care hospital of the central county was taken as the research site.The purpose of the study was to study the first pregnancy test and the criteria of the exclusion and the inclusion,that is,the first pregnancy test met the basic conditions of pregnancy,without the history of cesarean section and the indications of cesarean section.A self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the social demographic information,the history of previous pregnancy,the characteristics of knowledge and behavior,the surrounding key population and the psychological status(including family care,pregnancy stress,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,self-rating depression scale,and social support rating scale).The whole course of study was divided into four stages: early pregnancy,mid pregnancy,late trimester and postpartum.This article only made statistical analysis on the baseline data of two maternal and child health care centers in the main city of Chongqing and districts and counties in Western Chongqing,using chi square test,variance analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis to analyze the data of women in the early pregnancy.The factors affecting the willingness of cesarean section.Result: Single factor analysis showed that age,parities in the gravid,whether do exercise during pregnancy,delivery mode of surrounding parturient women,husband’s suggested delivery mode,parents’ recommended delivery mode,parturition mode recommended by one`s husbands` parents,the way of childbirth recommended by the friend,and the independence of pregnant women had influence on the caesarean section of women in the early pregnancy.The correlation analysis showed that the husband suggested the way of delivery,the mode of parturition suggested by the parents,the suggestion of the husbands` parents of delivery and the suggestion of the friend of delivery are associated with cesarean section of women in early pregnancy.Among them,the association of the suggestion of the husbands` parents of delivery is weak.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the mode of delivery recommended by parents had effect on caesarean wish.Conclusion:With the continuous development of today’s society,the growing demand for material and culture,the further improvement of the quality of life and delivery qualities,the systematic and comprehensive investigation and analysis of the social and psychological factors affecting the willingness of caesarean section,further put forward practical and feasible measures from the early start is more efficient.In order to reducethe rate of caesarean section,protect the health of mother and child,and further reduce the economic burden of the society and the individual,we should strengthen the education and guidance of all aspects of the pregnant and lying in women and the key groups around them.
