Human papilloma virus(HPV)is closely related to cervical cancer.Cervical canceris the second most serious lethal cancer in women. It is clinically proved that 95-99.7% of cervical cancer is associated to high-risk HPV virus infection.Since Laverty observed the existence of human papillomavirus(HPV)particles in cervical cancer biopsy tissues by electron microscopy in 1977,and Zur Hausen proposed the assumption of the association of HPV virus with the incidence of cervical cancer,a large number of domestic and foreign scholars focused on this issue.IARC symposium confirmed that HPV infection was the main cause of cervical cancer, and HPV infection is the necessary pre trigger condition for cervical cancer.HPV can be classified into two types of high-risk and low-risk.The high-risk type HPV with long-term sustained infection is a dangerous factor for tumorigensis.Low-risk type HPV can lead to genital warts, which affects the quality of life.At the same time,a certain proportion of low-risk infection is also along with high-risk infection. Therefore,it is very important for clinical trial to determine high risk or low risk of HPV in patients with condyloma acuminatum.High risk HPV causes a higher chance of cancer, and scientific studies have identified at least 20 kinds of high-risk HPV are associated with 95% of early invasive and invasive cervical cancer.HPV infection, especially high risk HPV infection, has a definite relationship with the occurrence of cervical cancer.TCT is short for cervical Thin Prep cytology test and cytological classification diagnosis detection system. It is the most advanced cervical cancer cytology technology currently and has higher satisfaction than the traditional cervical scraping smear tests and abnormal cervical cells rate.TCT detection is sensitive for precancerous lesions and microbial infection, such as fungi, trichomonas, virus, and chlamydia. So TCT technology is applied widely in the screening of cervical cancer in women. This study conducted a HPV analysis with 2700 cases of cervical lesions from gynecological of Zibo Central Hospital, and some cases underwent TCT and/or pathological biopsy.Through biopsy and pathology screening to perform early intervention, diagnosis and treatment to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer, and reduce the mortality rate effectively. Objective: To investigate the clinical value of high-risk HPV-DNA detection,thin-layer liquid-based cytology TCT test combined with colposcopy in cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer screening. Methods: 2700 patients with cervical lesions were collected from Zibo Central Hospital in 2016.HPV-DNA detection,TCT,and pathologic biopsy test were performed, and the patient 's age and the results were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results: The positive rate of HPV in 2700 patients was about 30.40%,and 61.90% of HPV positive patients were between 30 and 50 years old.The detection rates of TCT and biopsy were significantly higher in high-risk HPV patients with 45.20% and 96.88%.The incidence of CIN grade B and above was significantly higher in HPV16 and 18(71.10%)than in other type of high-risk HPV(36.20%).Approximately 88.60% in ASC group were intraepithelial neoplasia,97.40% were LSIL and HSIL.The diagnostic coincidence rate of LSIL group was 52.00%,and HSIL group(CIN II-III)was 84.60%.Conclusion: High-risk HPV DNA detection was an important screening method and combine screening can reduce the misdiagnosis of cervical lesions. The high-risk HPV-positive cases should be treated early to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer.
