Object:Eye cosmetic surgery is the most common cosmetic orthopedic surgery in the oriental population,but the satisfaction is not very high.This study investigated and analyzed the aesthetic psychological state of the youth group and aesthetic perception of the eye in a questionnaire form,as well explored many details that affect the operation.We made the preliminary analysis,guiding the clinical work of plastic surgery in order to achieve a higher satisfaction results.Methods: Questionnaires were surveyed anonymously by plastic surgeons and the other using self-designed ones.The main content of the questionnaire is divided into three parts.The first is: the self-evaluation of the psychological state of beauty,which topic is selected from the Cosmetic Mental State Self-Scale(CMSS)that is used to judge the participation in the quantity.The psychological status of the respondents in the table.The second is the participant's aesthetic cognition survey of eye units.7 photos were selected and modified by computer software(Photoshop CC 2017)according to a certain degree of aesthetic status.Participants were requested to select the most prefer photos be performed.The last is the investigation of the problems related to eye surgery.All,such as the psychological status,the selection of the most beautiful photos and the issues of greatest concern surgery in different groups of Youth Groups was conducted and statistical analyzed.Results: All respondents in the youth group basically had good Body Image recognition,and the occurrence of Disorder of Body Image was only 1.43% and of general body image psychological problems 8.57%,which was far lower than the statistical results from original ones.There were differences in the choices of the weights among the non-plastic occupied women in different age groups.All respondents did not make statistically significant differences in jobs,ages,and gender for the choice of epicanthus.No difference were there of attitude for plastic surgery among family members.Differences appear about concerns between the plastic surgeons and the other after the operation.The effect of scars on the eyelid surgery and epicanthus surgery is significantly affecting patients' will.Conclusion: The prevalence of general body image psychological problems and body image disorders are relatively low in youth groups and can be solved through effective communication.In this group,There is no different aesthetic opinion between plastic surgeons and others.People's tolerance for beauty increases with age,but there are differences between plastic surgeons and non-resurgents on post-operative issues.The results of family support for plastic and non-stylists are not changed by work.This result can guide doctor-patient communication before eye cosmetic surgery,thus achieving better postoperative results and patient satisfaction.
