Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of TCM in the treatment of patients with psoriatic psoriasis syndrome and to explore the value of TCM in the treatment by using evidence-based medicine system evaluation and META analysis.provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical work. It's purpose is to provide eviden ce-basedmedical evidence for clinical work. Methods:According to the characteristics of each database, the corresponding retrieval strategies were developed to retrieve the Chinese database such as CNKI,VIP,wanfang and other English databases, such as PubMed and Cochrane library, and to collect the clinical trial and research on the treatment of the traditional psoriasis of psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine. The inclusion of research in accordance with established intaking and exclusion criteria.Using the Cochrane bias risk asse ssment tool to evaluate the quality of the literature.Using data extraction forms to extract data, extracting content includes basic information, interventions, treatment groups and control cases and effective Numbers, efficacy standards, statistical methods, conclusions, etc. The META analysis using the Mantel-Haenzsal method, all operations are conducted by Revman 5.3 software. This study performed a data combination analysis of two and more clinical trials, and a single study performed only a descriptive an alysis. The results were shown in the forest map.If the same group is more than 10 in the literature, the test of bias is published through the funnel diagram, and if there are fewer than 10,no funnel analysis is conducted. Results:A total of 13 studies were included in this study, including 12 Chinese lit eratures,1 English literature and 906 patients, among which 455 were treated in the treatment group and 451 in the control group.Meta analysis results:In terms of efficiency,it was found that when that treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine were compared with western medicine, the result was less heterogeneity(I~2=0%),MD=1.86,95%CI=[0.90,2.83].There was no statistically significant difference between the TCM group and western medicine(P>0.05).It was found that combination of western medicine and western medicine was not obviously heterogeneity when compare with western medicine(I~2=0%),RR=1.23,95%CI=[1.11,1.37].Both comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was found th at the combination of TCM and NB-UVB radiation compared with the simple use of NB-UVB irradiation, there are large heterogeneous(I~2>50%),RR=1.29,95%CI=[1.01,1.55].There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05)?On improving the PASI score,it was found that when that treatment oftraditional Chinese medicine were compared with western medicine, the result was high heter ogeneity(I~2>50%),RR=1.55,95%CI=[0.76,3.15].Both comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was found that combination of western medicine and western medicine was obviously heterogeneity when compare with western medicine(I~2=50%),MD=2.30,95%CI=[1.39,3.21].Both comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It was found that the combination of TCM and NB-UVB radiation compared with the simple use of NB-UVB irradiation, there are large heterogeneous(I~2>50%),MD=3.89,95%CI=[2.50,5.28].Both comparative difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine or NB-UVB irradiation has better curative effect than pure western medicine, and it can reduce the clinical recurrence rate and adverse reaction better. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
