Clinical Study Of Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction Combined With Zidai Ointment In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood Heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Zidai ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris withblood heat syndrome,and to observe the changes in the diameter and number of dilated blood vessels of target skin lesions under dermoscopy before and after treatment,in order to further explore the treatment of blood heat by TCM comprehensive therapy.Mechanisms of action in plaque psoriasis.Methods: 1.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups for observation,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Zidai ointment,30 patients in the control group were treated with oral Xiaoyin granules,both groups were treated with NB-UVB irradiation.2.Observe the overall effect,the psoriasis static clinician’s global assessment(PGA)score,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,and dermatological quality of life(DLQI)score after 0,2,4,and 6 weeks of treatment in the two groups were used as Observed indicators.3.Select target skin lesions,the changes in the diameter and number of dermoscopic dilated vessels before and after treatment were observed and comparatively analyzed.Results: 1.Completed the clinical study of 60 cases,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(2 cured,12 markedly effective,and 12 effective),while the control group had a clinical effective rate of 70%(1 cured,7 markedly effective,and 13 effective),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).After treatment,the PGA score,PASI score and DLQI score of the two groups were all lower than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.A total of 60 patients with target skin lesions were selected and observed with dermoscopy before treatment and after6 weeks of treatment.It was observed that the diameter and number of dilated blood vessels at the target skin lesions decreased after treatment.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the relative index of dilated blood vessel diameter and the relative index of the number of dilated blood vessels were correlated with the relative index of efficacy respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion: 1.Both the treatment group and the control group are effective in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome,and the clinical efficacy of oral Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Zidai ointment is significantly better than that of the control group.2.Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Zidai ointment can effectively reduce the PGA score,PASI score and DLQI score of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome.3.Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Zidai paste encapsulation therapy can effectively reduce the diameter of dilated blood vessels at the target skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat syndrome,and reduce the number of dilated blood vessels,and it is correlated with the efficacy index,suggesting that Qingre Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Zidai ointment may improve the condition of psoriatic skin lesions by regulating the microvascular state of the target skin lesions.The diameter and number of dilated blood vessels at the skin lesions under dermoscopy have the potential to be used as a criterion for evaluating the efficacy of psoriasis with blood heat syndrome.
