Research Of A New Constant Temperature And Environmental Protection Moxibustion Device

Objective:(1)For the current moxibustion device’s temperature control unclear and unstable,the low utilization efficiency of moxibustion materials,the pollution of the moxibustion smoke.This project aim to develop a new constant temperature and environmental protection moxibustion device,which is convenient for clinical application.(2)explore the clinical safety and environmental protection of the new moxibustion device.Methods:This study is divided into 3 parts:1.Investigation on the moxibustion device demand.According to the purpose of this study,the survey was divided into clinicians and consumers.The contents of the survey were mainly focused on the market prospect and demand.The data were collected and analyzed through Excel after data collection.2.Research of the new moxibustion device.Through the literature retrieval and questionnaire,to know the main problems existed in the existing moxibustion device.In view of these problems,the hardware,control procedures and the configuration of the new device were developed.3.Model debugging and verificationThrough the model debugging and verification,the moxibustion effect of the new device was determined,and the device take the comfort temperature,heat temperature and heat resistance temperature of different acupoints in different parts of the body as reference.At the same time,the environmental protection effect of the new device was quantitatively determined.Results:1.Through demand survey found that the expected device has good market and clinical application prospects.2.Based on the results of literature retrieval and questionnaire survey,in view ofthe existing problems in the structure and function of the commonly used moxibustion devices,with the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion,combined with the existing technical solutions,a new type of constant temperature moxibustion machine with constant temperature,low smoke environmental protection and durable characteristics is developed and designed.3.During model debugging and verification proved that the new device has the function of improving the infrared radiation effect of moxibustion materia.Under the premise of reaching the effect heat radiation of routine moxibustion,it can reduce the emission of PM2.5 and PM10 and the usage of moxibustion materials.the comfort temperature of the body moxibustion at each part of body surface is about 35.5-37 C,the heat resistance temperature is about 38.9-39.9 C,and the heat resistant temperature is about 42.1-42.5 C,and the parameters of the device is adjusted according to the above results.Conclusion:The new type of the moxibustion device developed by this project,while retaining the traditional moxibustion mode,the process of moxibustion is not needed to be adjusted manually.A reasonable constant temperature design and low smoke and smoke exhaust structure,which used to reduce the loss of heat in the process of moxibustion,both the utilization efficiency of moxibustion materials.It meets the practical needs of clinical application and is worth promoting.
