Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Localized Neurodermatitis(Patter Of Wind-damp Evil Amassing In Skin) With External Application Of Chinense Golden Larch Bark

Objective:By contrast topical ointment Binghuangfule,objective evaluation of Chinense Golden Larch Bark treatment for localized neurodermatitis(patter of wind-damp evil amassing in skin)role,so look for a simple,good economy,efficacy,short duration of the method of foreign rule.Methods:According to a simple randomized method,106 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given oral Chinese herbal medicine + plum blossom acupuncture skin lesions + Chinense Golden Larch Bark external skin rub,and the control group was given oral Chinese herbal medicine + plum blossom acupuncture skin lesion + ointment Binghuangfule.Both groups were treated once a week for a total of 4 weeks.Before treatment(treatment for 0 weeks),during treatment(treatment for 2 weeks),and after treatment(treatment for 4 weeks),each disease score and systemic or local adverse reactions were recorded,and the recurrence was followed up after 4 weeks of treatment.Statistical analysis of the data was performed by statistical software to determine efficacy and result analysis.Results:1.The treatment group and the control group scored the condition after two weeks of treatment,and compared the number of patients with each level of efficacy,Wilcoxon test of grade data,P> 0.05,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.It shows that there is no significant difference in efficacy between the treatment group and the control group after two weeks.2.The treatment group and the control group scored the condition after 4 weeks of treatment,and compared the number of patients with each level of efficacy,Wilcoxon test of grade data,P <0.05,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.It shows that the overall curative effect of the treatment group after 4 weeks is obviously better than that of the control group.3.Two weeks after treatment,the patient's morphology score,pruritus score,and area score did not meet the normal distribution.Mann-Whitney U test was used for two independent samples,The P values were all greater than 0.05,indicating that there was a difference in morphology scores,pruritus score,and area score at 2 weeks after treatment.At 4 weeks after treatment,P values were all less than 0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference in morphology scores,pruritus score,and area score at 4 weeks after treatment.That is to say,after the treatment of the 4 groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the lesion morphology of the patients.4.During the follow-up,2 cases of recurrence were found in the treatment group,3 cases of relapse in the control group,and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups after the ?2 test,P>0.05.5.In the course of treatment,there were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment group,1 case in the control group,and 2 tests,P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.ConclusionChinense Golden Larch Bark external use in the treatment of localized neurodermatitis(patter of wind-damp evil amassing in skin)2 weeks of therapeutic efficacy and ointment Binghuangfule compared to a small difference,but the treatment group 4 weeks curative effect to be obviously superior to the control group,and the Chinense Golden Larch Bark in improves the skin loss area,the shape and the improvement itching aspect 4 weeks curative effect all surpasses the ointment Binghuangfule.There was no significant difference between the recurrence rate and adverse reactions.The topical treatment of topical neurodermatitis(patter of wind-damp evil amassing in skin)with Chinense Golden Larch Bark is effective,simple and inexpensive,and worthy of promotion.
