The Correlation Between TCM Constitution,Syndrome Type,Sex Hormone And Insulin Level And Type A Behavior In Patients With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

?objective?To explore the TCM syndromes and constitution distribution of PCOS patients;The difference between the type A behavior and the normal people in PCOS was compared.The relationship between type A behavior and clinical symptoms,sex hormone index,insulin level,TCM constitution and syndrome type was preliminarily discussed.?method?Rotterdam in 2003 PCOS diagnostic criteria for inclusion criteria,choose clinic on PCOS patients,included in the standard of 198 patients with PCOS questionnaires,guide to fill in,collect patients' general information,sex hormones,insulin release test,ultrasound,TCM syndrome type questionnaire,physical scale,type A behavior scale of traditional Chinese medicine,and collected 91 cases of healthy women aged 18 to 40 years old,A questionnaire,guide to fill in,its general information collection,body scale,type A behavior scale of TCM,apply the results of the survey SPSS22.0 statistical software for statistical processing,and compare the results of two groups.?results?1.In this study,198 patients with PCOS were collected,and the age distribution was 18 to 39 years old,with an average age distribution of 25.00 plus or minus 4.50 years.In the control group,91 patients were aged between 18 and 40,with an average age of 26 plus or minus 5.99 years.2.There was no statistical difference between the PCOS group and the normal control group(P > 0.05).3.198 TABP score in patients with PCOS were in conformity with the type A behavior in 31 cases(15.7%),of type A behavior for 167 cases(84.3%),91 cases of normal control group,the TABP score in accordance with type A behavior for the 15cases(16.5%),76 cases(83.5%),type A behavior and distribution of two groups of type A behavior no statistical difference(P > 0.05).4.To TABP score in 198 patients with PCOS is in conformity with 31 cases of type A behavior for type A group,TABP score does not conform to the type Abehavior of 167 cases of type is not A group,two groups of BMI,serum level of PRL,E2,P,T,LH/FSH values and insulin releasing test results no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Serum FSH,LH and FT levels in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.198 cases of PCOS patients were ordered in descending order of TCM constitution distribution;Peaceful mass 40 cases(20.71%),hot and humid mass 31cases(15.65%),phlegmy wet mass of 27 cases(13.64%),qi deficiency of 25 cases(12.62%),Yang deficiency quality 24 cases(12.12%)24(12.12%),blood stasis,Yang deficiency quality mass 19 cases(9.60%),Yin deficiency 18 cases(9.09%),qi depression mass 10 cases(5.05%),the great mass in 3 patients(1.52%).Type A group of 31 patients with PCOS were physical distribution,in descending order of TCM damp heat mass 8 cases(25.81%),phlegmy wet mass 6 cases(19.35%),Yin deficiency,mass in 5 cases(16.13%),blood stasis,3 cases(9.68%),and 3 cases(9.68%),deficiency of mass in 2 cases(6.45%),Yang mass in 2 cases(6.45%),qi depression mass in 1 case(3.23%),the great mass in 1 case(3.23%).6.Among the 198 cases of PCOS,the descending order of the main TCM syndromes was: Kidney deficiency liver depression and phlegm in 35 cases(17.67%),27 cases of kidney deficiency phlegm-dampness and blood stasis(13.65%),Kidney liver blood stasis 21 cases(10.61%).A group of 31 patients with PCOS(PCOS)were listed in descending order Kidney liver depression phlegmy wet 6 cases(19.35%),kidney,hot and humid in 5 cases(16.13%),kidney and blood stasis,3 cases(9.68%).7.Double factor correlation analysis method is found in patients with PCOS acne situation,the level of serum E2,P level and negatively correlated with type A behavior and the correlation coefficient for-0.161,0.244 and 0.186 respectively,(P <0.05).8.Type A behavior as the dependent variable,and observe the indicators as independent variables,set up the logistics multivariate regression analysis,found that age,serum positive correlation between type A behavior and T value,the regression coefficients were 2.490,0.058,(P < 0.05).?conclusion?1.The distribution of type A behavior in patients with PCOS was similar to that of healthy women,and The distribution of type A behavior in PCOS patients was not correlated with education,occupation and body mass index.2.Type A behavior may be an influential factor in the serum FSH,LH and FT levels of PCOS patients,but no effect on the insulin release test results,serum E2,P and PRL levels in PCOS patients.3.Type A behavior was negatively correlated with acne,serum E2 and P levels in patients with PCOS,and was positively correlated with age and serum T level.4.The TCM constitution of PCOS patients with type A behavior is mainly wet and hot,phlegm-dampness and Yin deficiency.5.The TCM syndromes of PCOS patients with type A behavior are mainly characterized by kidney deficiency and liver depression,kidney deficiency and heat,and kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
