| Objective:Apply Thermal Imaging Technology to explore the characteristics of thermal metabolism of patients with infertility due to qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the clinical targeting efficacy of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid regulating the Brain?Heart?-Kidney-Chong Ren-Uterus reproductive axis to improve endometrial blood flow to assist pregnancy.Method:1.The diagnosis standard of infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?is formulated with reference to the People's health publishing House Obstetrics and Gynecology(the 8th),the Gynecology of Traditional Chinese medicine"(the 2nd)and the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Drugs of Chinese Medicine in 2002,Patients aged 21-45 years who met the diagnostic criteria were collected in the gynecology clinic of the First and Second Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2015 and March 2018,and the healthy females aged21-45 getting physical examination in Health Management Center.The research subjects fill out the information table in a real way,and scanned by Infrared Thermal Imaging Scanner?HIR-2000 or ADT-YL-100A Medical Infrared Thermal Imaging System?,collected 12body heat maps,and measured absolute calorific value and background calorific value of 26regions including the head surface,trunk,limbs.At the same time,the calorc difference value of the regions of blood supply?cerebral blood supply,fundus blood supply,and myocardial blood supply?was measured.2.Patients with infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?were get targeted scanning after taking Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid.It is a Chinese medicine compound formula developed by a known Professor Chen Shaohong,from traditional Chinese medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The liquid has the efficacy of restoring the brain and promoting qi and blood circulation.Each patient got whole body scan 1 hour after the meal?that is,0 minute before taking the drug?,and then orally taking Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid 10 ml,taking the whole body infrared thermal imaging scans at 30 minutes,70 minutes,100 minutes,130 minutes,and160 minutes respectively.Acquisition of images,measurement of location as above.3.The relative calorific value of each location?relative heat value=absolute calorific value-background heat value?was calculated by EXCEL.The difference of heat value is calculated according to blood-supply regions,and the collected data were statistically analyzed by spss19.0,the heat value of patients before taking pre-dosage?0 min?as the base date,uses Excel to calculate the difference between the relative calorific value of each location,each time point and the relative calorific value of 0 min,draws the calorific value trend chart,and explores the drug target of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid point.4.The endometrium blood flow was examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound?instrument:Affiniti 50,probe model:C9-4V?at the luteal phase,observe the TCM syndrome scores and endometrial blood flow?PSV?EDV?RI?PI?changes of the target-scanning patients after taking Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid?10ml qd?for one month.Results:1.This study included 58 patients with infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?.There were 27 cases of primary infertility,accounting for 46.55%,and 31 cases of secondary infertility,accounting for 53.45%.The average age was 34.62±5.41 years,average disease duration 4.11±2.92 years.Among them,53 people had obstetrics and gynecology operations,accounting for 91.38%.The healthy control group included 36patients and the average age was 31.36±5.19 years.2.The relative caloric value of patients with infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?in the forehead,head rear position,Du Channel,left kidney,right kidney,and uterine region was lower than that of the healthy group,the difference of caloric value between cerebral blood supply and myocardial blood supply was higher than that in the healthy group?P<0.05?.The difference in caloric value of Head rear upper,lower abdomen,double adnexa location was statistically significant?P<0.01?.3.15 patients with infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?were included in this study.They accepted infrared thermal imaging dynamic scan after taking Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid.The average age was 36.40±5.37 years and the average disease duration was 3.87±2.39 years,10 patients have a operation history of obstetrics and gynecology.There were 7 cases of primary infertility,and 8 cases of secondary infertility.There were 4cases of thin endometrium,4 cases of luteal disorder,2 cases of premature ovarian failure?POF?,and 2 cases of ovarian reserve dysfunction?DOR?.4.The targeted locations of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid are as follows:lower abdomen,uterus,double attachments,right kidney,Shen que,Ren Channel,Du Channel,forehead,face,head rear position,head rear upper,double breasts,precordial area,cerebral blood supply,fundus blood supply,and myocardial blood supply.5.15 patients participated in the clinical efficacy observation section,and 10 of them finally completed,5 patients withdraw.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes is 90%,the scores of TCM syndromes improved after treatment?P<0.05?.After treatment,the blood flow of endometrium PSV?7.07±2.30?and EDV?2.64±1.12?were higher than those before treatment PSV?6.25±2.89?and EDV?2.11±1.27?,and RI?0.66±0.20?,PI?1.0±0.09?were lower than those before treatment RI?1.36±1.8?and PI?1.08±0.27?before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Conclusion:1.Patients with infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?have the characteristics of dysfunetion of heat metabolism,such as insufficiency of brain and heart blood difficiency,cold of uterus.2.The targeting action of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid on the following regions:the lower abdomen,uterus,double attachments,right kidney,Shen que,Ren Channel,Du Channel,forehead,face,head rear position,head rear upper,double breasts,precordial area on their heat value improvement,blood supply to the brain,blood supply to the fundus,and blood supply to the myocardium and bettering.3.Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid can improve TCM syndrome scores and endometrial blood flow in patients with infertility?Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome?by the Brain?Heart?-Kidney-Chong Ren-Uterus reproductive axis to improve endometrial blood flow to regulate
