Clinical Observation Of Zhongfeng Xingnao Liquid In The Treatment Of Circulatory Ischemic Vertigo After Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:The paper was to analyse and evaluate the clinical effect of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid in treating patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo who were accord with the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:We collected 62 patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo who were accord with the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. In accordance with the principle of randomized and controlled design,33 patients were divided into treatment group who accepted the conventional treatment and Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid.29 patients in control group who accepted the conventional treatment, the course of treatment was 14 days. Before the treatment, all patients inspected three routine, liver and kidney function, blood glucose, electrolytes, blood fat, hemorheology indexes, blood coagulation function, CT of head, TCD, ecg examination. According to the patients with symptoms and signs, we detailed records of TCM symptoms of dizziness classifying quantization tables and the Basel Index assessment. In 14 days, we counterchecked three conventional treatment, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, hemorheology indexes, blood coagulation function, CT of head and TCD. During the course of treatment, we recorded patients with adverse reactions and the relate measures of treatment. At last, we applied the statistical software for the statistical analysis.Results:①The whole medical effect:After treatment, the treatment group of effective rate was 93.5% and the control group was 72.4%. The curative effect of treatment group was more obvious (P< 0.05).②Three type of blood fat:Two groups had no benefit to the blood liquids (P< 0.05).③Four coagulation tests:Two groups all could improved the coagulation indexes(APTT/TT/PT/FIB) (P< 0.05). The treatment group than the control group was more obvious (P＜0.05).④Two groups could improved the blood rheology indexes (P< 0.05). The treatment group was more obvious (P< 0.05).⑤TCD:Both groups could improved average blood flow velocity (P< 0.01) and Vascular pulsing index (P< 0.05) of vertebral-basilar artery. But there had no improved differently in the two groups (P> 0.05).⑥The symptom integral of traditonal Chinese medicine:In the two groups were improved in patients with TCM symptom integral (P< 0.05), The treatment group was more obvious (P< 0.05).⑦ The score of Basel Index:The Basel Index score of two groups could improved the patients (P< 0.05). The treatment group was more obvious (P< 0.05).⑧Safety evalution:Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid had no obvious side effects and adverse effects on blood routine, liver and kidney functions of two groups.Conclusion:①Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid could improve the total effective rate.②Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid had no benefit to the blood liquids.③Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid could improve blood coagulation function.④Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid could improve the blood rheology indexes.⑤Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid had no benefit to the Vm and PI of vertebral-basilar artery.⑥Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid could reduce the TCM integral symptoms of patients.⑦ Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid could improve the Basel Index score of patients.⑧The drug safety of Zhong Feng Xing Nao Liquid was good, it have non-toxic side effects to the liver and kidney function and blood routine. There were no serious adverse reactions to the patients involved in the research, it has a good application prospect.
