Clinical Study On Treatment Of Immunological Infertility With Qiang Ti Zhong Zi Ke Li

Background of theoryInfertility is a common and stubborn disease in the department of gynecology,it accounts 10% of the married copule, including 30%—40% immunological infertility, and it is very troublesome to be treated, so it infulences the female's physical and mental health severily, and it makes press on the family's harmony and society's stabilization to some extent. Recently, with the fast development of reproductive immunology, it becomes a hot spot that study on the immunity factors and therapeutics strategy. The westen medicine mainly study on the 5 antibodies of immunological infertility , it has many ways to treat the disease, but it depents on hormone mainly, and this way has many side effects. Chinese medicine has distinct effect and predominnance to treat infertility. kidney is the basial of human's reproductive , it's thought that the main mechanism of immunological infertility is deficiency of kidney (especially kidney-yin), blood stasis, and moist, and it also suffers to liver and spleen. Chinese medicine is very cheap and has less side effect, so it will be used widely to treat the immunological infertility.ObjectiveQiang Ti Zhong Zi Ke Li was studied out to treat the immunological infertility by the famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangdong province, Professor Li liyun. It has get satisfactoy clinical effect through many years. To look for a new therapeutic thought,mothod and drug through studying effect of treating immunological infertility with Qiang Ti Zhong Zi Ke Li, from theoretical and clinical. This studyabides by the principal of circulate syndrome medicine,clinicalepedemiology/DME. Throught the change of tite or antibodies , the scoresof syndromes, and the pregnancy rate to prove the effect of Qiang Ti ZhongZi Ke Li, and supply basical datas for the exploitation of Chinesemedicine.MothodAll patients with immunological infertility are divided into two groupsrandomly. Qiang Ti Zhong Zi Ke Li is given to treatment class including40 cases, and at the same time, prednisone acetate is given to the controlclass also including 40 cases. The effect is proved through observing thechang of Asab's tite, the scores of syndromes before treatment and aftertreatment of the patients with immunological infertility who have immunefunction abnormity. The rate of AsAb turning to negtive and pregnant rateare also observed.ResultsTotally effective rate gets to 82.50% in treatment class, while totallyefective rate is 50.00% in control class. There is very significantdifference between treatment class and control cass(P<0. 05). After onecourse of treatment,rate of AsAb turning to negative in treatment classis 37. 50%, while rate of AsAb turning to negative is 17. 50% in controlclass. There is significant difference between the two groups. The averagelevel of AsAb is different between treatment class and control cass(P<0.05). There is also very significant difference in the relief ofclinical symptoms, pregnant rate (P<0.05), pregnant rate of treatmentclass is 27. 50%, while it is 7.50% in control cass.Conclusionwe think that the main mechanism of immunological infertility isdeficiency of kidney and blood stasis. Qiang Ti Zhong Zi Ke Li can fortifykidney,nourish Yin,relieve blood stasis. Qiang Ti Zhong Zi Ke Li canrelieve clinical symptoms efectively,regulate immune function, clearAsAb through many sides, and hasten pregnancy. And it is also proved thatAsAb may relate to the induced abortion.
