Discussion On Treatment Of HIV/AIDS Infection With Skin Diseases By Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: By analyzing the present status of the Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS merged skin disease,and through review the typical case,to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS related skin disease,to look forward to guide the treatment of AIDS related skin disease.Method: Through the method of literature analysis,at the same time,through Retrospective analyzed traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS related skin disease case,to analyze the pathogenesis and trend of HIV/AIDS merged skin lesions,to analyze the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS merged skin lesions,and summary the treatment experience,to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS merged skin lesions.Results: The Retrospectively analysis of 31 years of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS merged skin lesions,The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is for sure,but there are few research results,the overall quality of literature is low.In the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS merged skin lesions,the research focuses on prurigo and herpes zoster.In the mode of treatment,the widely used is the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,such as Chinese medicine internal and external treatment,acupuncture,ethnic medicine,etc.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation is still the fundamental,at the same time the external treatment to accelerate the cure of the illness better,to improve the patients’ quality of life quicker.Conclusion: Previous studies of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of HIV/AIDS merged skin lesions is less,the quality is low.In the clinical reports,Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS merged skin lesions is for sure,but it did not come to the conclusion the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment system.But we can make a summary from cases that toxin invading the body;Qi deficiency and damp evil.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation as the main method,and combined with external treatment can improve curative effect.
