Objective: We studied and compared miniature pig,s blood oxygen saturation of the retina between normal and heat syndrome group to explore the change of the retina,s blood oxygen saturation about the heat syndrome group.Method: 12 miniature pigs(male and female half),we divide it to normal and heat syndrome group randomly to detect blood oxygen saturation of the retina.Not gived drink and diet,10 hours later,the heat syndrome group pigs gived 1mg/kg endotoxin by intramuscular and the normal group did not make any processing.When we builded the heat group successfully,we used the Oxymap to detect blood oxygen saturation of normal and heat group to record and do statistical analysis.Result:1.The comparison between arterial and venous oxygen saturation: the arterial oxygen saturation of the miniature pigs was significantly higher than the vein.there was significant difference between the arteries and veins(P<0.01).2.From the comparison between normal group and excess heat syndrome group we can know that the retinal arterial oxygen saturation,venous oxygen saturation,the difference between arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation,the ratio of arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation were not statistically significant(P>0.05)before we making excess heat syndrome model.On the other hand it's the same result after we finishing excess heat syndrome model.3.Compare the result before and after modeling of normal group.the retinal arterial oxygen saturation before the modeling was lower than it after modeling.From which the difference was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).otherwise the difference of venous oxygen saturation,the difference between arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation,the ratio of arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation between before modeling and after modeling were no significant differences(P>0.05).4.Compare the result before and after modeling of excess heat syndromegroup.the retinal arterial oxygen saturation,venous oxygen saturation,the difference between arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation,the ratio of arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation were no significant differences(P>0.05).5.Compare the changes after finishing the excess heat syndrome from the beginning of two groups.the changes of retinal arterial oxygen saturation,venous oxygen saturation,the difference between arterial oxygen,the ratio of arterial oxygen and venous oxygen saturation increased in excess heat group but decreased in normal group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the changes of venous oxygen saturation(P>0.05).At the same time,there were no significant different changes between the female and the male,the left and right eyes as well as the nasal and temporal of retina(P>0.05).6.Comparison of blood gas analysis results between normal group and real heat group.The arterial blood oxygen saturation in the heat group was significantly lower than that in the normal group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);The arterial partial pressure of oxygen was lower than that of normal group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in carbon dioxide partial pressure and pH value(P>0.05).7.Comparison of hemoglobin in normal group and real heat group: The hemoglobin in the normal group was lower than that before the model,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);There was no significant difference before and after modeling in excess heat group(P>0.05);After modeling,the hemoglobin of the excess heat group was higher than that of the normal group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the normal group,the retinal blood vessel blood oxygen saturation,the difference of the arterial and venous oxygen saturation,and the ratio ofthe arterial venous oxygen saturation were increased after the model was established,which confirm that the oxygen demand,oxygen consumption and oxygen utilization rate of excess heat syndrome miniature pigs were increased.Which further confirmed that the excess heat syndrome of TCM model had high oxygen demand and consumption,high metabolic characteristics.What's more,this study was provided an objective proof for the theory of "Yang kang".At the same time,it also enriches the database of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome modelexperiment.
