| Objective: To investigate the prevention of vascular related complications induced by hyaluronic acid injection in frontal and nasal region under the guidance of ultrasound.Methods: 10 patients were randomly selected from the clinic of Department of Medical and Beauty,Shanxi Medical University affiliated to Shanxi University of Medical University,from January 2017 to December 2017,for injection and filling of hyaluronic acid in the nasal and frontal parts,6 cases of which were required to be injected into the nasal part,while 4 cases of frontal injection.Before the operation,under ultrasound,each of the 10 people who asked for beauty needed to know the characteristics of blood vessels,and the accuracy of injection point,direction and level of injection were determined.Through the injection of hyaluronic acid production manufacturers,to understand the size of the hyaluronic acid used and its water absorption and expansion ect.,the diameter of blood vessels larger than the diameter of the filler was avoided under the direct look of ultrasound,at the same time,the range of hyaluronic acid injection was estimated by local skin strain,and the relationship between filling and blood vessel was observed under ultrasound immediately after operation and 7 days after operation.Results: No vascular complications such as local bruising,blindness and skin necrosis were found in all of the 10 patients who asked for beauty.During the operation,there was no risk of needling the needle into vessels larger than 0.2 mm in diameter under ultrasound.Making a return visit to the patients who asked for beauty immediately and 7 days after operation and they were satisfied with the effect of injection,there was no phenomenon of vascular compression under ultrasound.Conclusion: Under this experimental condition,the prevention of hyaluronic acid under ultrasound guidance can effectively reduce the injection directly into the artery larger than 0.2 mm in diameter.Thus,hyaluronic acid can be injected directly into the extracranial branch of the ophthalmic artery to become blind by embolization,and at the same time,the distance between the injection and the blood vessel can be controlled under direct vision,and the nutrient vessel of the artery larger than 0.2 mm in diameter can be avoided.Predicting the later situation of hyaluronic acid and its surrounding blood vessels after hyaluronic acid absorbs water,thereby reducing the possibility of local skin necrosis and avoiding as effectively as possible large areas of skin necrosis,It can also effectively reduce the occurrence of large area bruising after injection by reducing the risk of large vein injury or vein embolization. |
