Objective:Transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)is one of the main surgical methods for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).However, when thrombotic diseases occur after surgery, the situation is particularly urgent and extremely hazardous. Therefore,to explore the influencing factors of thrombotic diseases after TURP can improve the safety of patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to the Department of Urology of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2011 to October 2016,of whom 611 were treated with TURP.Twenty-six patients with thrombotic disease after surgery were included as case groups.According to the 1:2 ratio, and follow the randomized principle,52 patients with nothrombotic disease after surgery were selected as the control group.Through related literature review,13 factors that may be associated with thrombotic disease after TURP may be identified.Univariate analysis was used to analyze whether there was a correlation between each influencing factor and thrombotic disease after TURP.Then the relationship factors were further analyzed by Logistic multiple regression analysis. Results:In 611 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent TURP,the probability of postoperative thrombotic disease was 4.25%.The results of univariate analysis included thrombotic disease history(c2=14.92),hypertension(c2=7.53),diabetes(c2=5.58),smoking history(c2=7.33),intraoperative hypotension(c2=5.02),bed rest time(c2=5.59),and operative time(c2=6.82).There was a significant difference between them and whether or not thrombotic disease occurred after TURP,P<0.05.Logistic multivariate regression analysis included factors such as hypertension, diabetes, smoking, bedtime, intraoperative hypotension, and operative time. These factors were not statistically significant with thrombotic disease after surgery. The history of thrombotic diseases and thrombotic diseases after surgery were statistically significant,P<0.05,OR=5.146.Conclusion:History of thrombotic diseases, hypertension, diabetes, smoking history, intraoperative hypotension, bed rest time and operation time are the influencing factors of thrombotic diseases after TURP.The history of thrombotic diseases has the greatest impact.
