Objective In this paper,through the deep excavation of the thought of “ healing a--ccording to natural trends” in Huangdi Neijing and its development and application of doctors in later ages,system carding the academic thought of “ healing according to natural trends”,and to explore its therapeutic mechanism and clinical application,and combined with the experimental study of the effective hypolipidemic prescription,to explore the scientific and feasibility of applying the thought of " healing according to natural trends" in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.It also provides the experimental basis and the effective basis for the further development and utilization of the prescription.Methods?Consulting literature,systematically organizing and studing the thought of“healing according to natural trends” in Huangdi Neijing and the related applications of later physicians.?Three HLP mice models were established:endogenous acute HLP mouse mod--el induced by Triton WR-1339;exogenous acute HLP mouse model induced by egg yolk emulsion;exogenous chronic HLP mouse model induced by fat emulsion.To in--vestigate the effect of the effective hypolipidemic prescription on the three kinds of HLP mouse model,and to explore its hypolipidemic mechanism.Conclusions?The thought of “ healing according to natural trends” originated from the w--ay of thinking that conforms to natural trends in the ancient philosophy.Neijing was laid the theoretical foundation of it.It includes conforming to the trend of Yin and Ya--ng changes in nature,conforming to the trend of Yin and Yang changes in the human body,and conforming to the trend of the healthy qi and pathogenic factors changes in nature,to understand the physiological and pathological condition of human body and the prevention and cure of disease.Emphasis on respect for the ability to regulate the body.Conform to the tendency of organism regulation.To strengthen the adaptabilityand compliance to the external environment of the body,restore the coordination and stability of the internal environment,and the though the best way to remove patho--genic factors in the light of its general trend rousing,helping the body to reconstruct the balance of yin and yang.The thought of “ healing according to natural trends” rev--eals the essence of traditional Chinese medicine treatment from one side,is a big ad--vantage and also is a major feature in treatment of disease of traditional Chinese m--edicine,our modern Chinese medicine should vigorously study and carry forward it.This article from the concept of "pure and turbid can not be separated" to understandi--ng the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia.And pointed out that the key in prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia is conforming to the trend of Yin and Yang changes in na--ture to restore the normal lifting of body's “pure and turbid”,conforming to the trend of internal organs' function changes in the human body to coordinating the function of liver and spleen,and conforming to the trend of the healthy qi and pathogenic factors changes to help healthy qi to remove phlegm and blood stasis.The effective hypolipid--emic prescription is based on this thought.And the selecting of the Chinese herbal m--edicine in this prescription is with medicine and food homology thought.It's suitable as a clinical health care prescription for preventing and treating hyperlipemia.Therefo--re,the research and development of the effective hypolipidemic prescription has a g--ood practical significance and predictable market prospects.?Experimental results shows that,the effective hypolipidemic prescription can re--duce serum cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol,and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis,protect the liver and spleen.It is proved that this prescription can regulate lipid metabolism disor--der.It is further proved that the scientific and feasibility of preventing and treating hy--perlipidemia with the thought of “ healing according to natural trends”.It also provid--es the experimental basis and the effective basis for the further development and utilization of the prescription.
