The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy With Modified Liu Wei Di Huang Decoction

Objective: The malignant tumor bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy is still one of the bottleneck of the tumor treatment,if not taken seriously,it will aggravate the patient's condition,lead to the chemotherapy failure,and even death.The TCM in prevention and cure of malignant tumor of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy has significant advantages,chemotherapy drugs on white blood cells(WBC),neutrophil(NE)inhibition is the most sensitive,this article through the WBC count,NE count,hemoglobin(HB)count,platelet(PLT)count in peripheral blood and karnofsky score,weight change,TCM symptom points integral were observed discusses the treatment effect of modified liuwei dihuang decoction on bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy;elaborates the mechanism of modified liuwei dihuang decoction in the treatment of the bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy;Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.Methods: This study collected 90 patients who had been hospitalized in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital oncology and accorded with the inclusive criteria during September 2014 to January 2017,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups had no significant differences in general data,comparableand and use the standard chemotherapy regimens.The treatment group: treated with modified liuwei dihuang decoction,for 21 days.The control group: used leukogen tablets for 21 days.Respectively recorded the changes of WBC count,NE count,HB count,PLT count in 3 days,7 days,10 days,14 days and 21 days after treatment and comparing the two groups karnofsky score,weight change,TCM symptom points change Before and after treatment.Observing the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups,to evaluate drug efficacy and safety.Results : 1.Blood change analysis:After chemotherapy,blood days after 3,7,10,14,21 days observations in the trial group WBC count,NE count,PLT count decline was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);But there was no significant difference between the two groups of hemoglobin(P > 0.05).2.KPS score significantly increased than before treatment(P < 0.05);3.The performance of TCM syndrome significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.05);4.During the period of observation do not seen renal function damage and Cardiac function damage related to modified liuwei dihuang decoction.the treatment Group is less than the control group in liver damage,gastrointestinal tract reaction with statistical significance.Conclusion: 1.The modified liuwei dihuang decoction can reduce chemotherapy drugs inhibition of the white blood cells,granulocytes,platelet,improve cancer patients quality of life and clinical symptoms;2.Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can improve the patients life quality and the clinical curative effect,the clinical curative effect of tumor needs combination of a variety of methods;...
