| Objective:Treated the hand-foot syndrome of the type of qi deficiency and blood stasis with buyang huanwu decoction,which caused by the chemo of capecitabine,to investigate therapy method for hand-foot syndrome.Methods:Collected 42 patients who is meeting the inclusion criteria in Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Department of oncology,and using capecitabine chemotherapy into eligible patients with hand-foot syndromes included inobservation from November 2014 to December2016.The control group with Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment:Huangqi,Danggui,Dilong,Chishao,Chuanxiong,Taoren,Honghua.Along with the syndrome to add and subtract.one dose a day,1 case each time,3 times a day,water frying,the duration of one treatment was21 days.after 2 treatments,response assessment.Record and analyze the degrees changes of the hand-foot syndrome,hand-foot pain score,the quality of life scale of patients with hand-foot syndrome,clinical symptoms integral,efficacy evaluation and the safety of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.42 patients were studied,34 patients showed very good response.The cure rates,remarkable response rates,effective rates and overall response rates were7.14%,(3/42),16.67%(7/42),57.14%(24/42,80.95%(34/42);2.The pain score of hand and foot reduced after treatment(P < 0.01);3.The quality of life scale of patients with hand-foot syndrome improved after treatment(P < 0.01);4.The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is lower before treatment,obvious difference(P < 0.01);5.Buyang huanwu decoction is safe and effective.Conclusion: Application in treatment buyang huanwu decoction prevented capecitabine correlation hand-foot syndrome(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),the effect is significant,it is worth promoting. |
