| Objective:By detecting serum levels of bone metabolic markers in peripheral blood of PBC patients, the changes in PBC and their clinical significance are explored. Methods:We collected 41 patients who were diagnosed with primary biliary cirrhosis and excluded other diseases that caused abnormal bone metabolism markers in our hospital. At the same time,20 healthy controls that matched the age and gender of the PBC group were selected.Review the electronic medical records of the PBC group and the healthy control group, the serum levels of 25-(OH)VitD3,parathyroid hormone(PTH),β-collagen specific sequence(β-CTX),total type I collagen amino-terminal extension peptide(PINP),Osteocalcin(OC)were recorded. At the same time, serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TB),albumin(ALB),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and Prothrombin Time(PT)were collected from all subjects.Results:1.The levels of 25-(OH)VitD3,OC and PINP in peripheral blood of patients with PBC were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PTH and β-CTX in peripheral blood of PBC patients were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.ALB levels in peripheral blood of PBC patients were significantly lower thanthose in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of AST,TB,ALP,GGT and PT in peripheral blood of patients with PBC were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.There was no correlation between PTH,β-CTX,OC,25-(OH)Vit D3,PINP and ALB,GGT,ALP,PT in peripheral blood of PBC group(P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between peripheral blood TB and OC,25-(OH)VitD3,and PINP in PBC group. The correlation coefficients r were-0.864,-0.878 and-0.928,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with PBC,OC,25-(OH)VitD3,PINP decreased, and β-CTX and PTH levels increased, which may be related to the TB value of PBC patients. |
