Objective:To investigate the correlation between platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),serum CysC levels and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with non ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS),by examineing the levels of PLR and serum CysC in patients with NSTE-ACS,and to seek clinical guidelines of evaluating the severity of coronary lesions noninvasively.Methods:188 cases of NSTE-ACS were selected for the first time of coronary angiography(CAG)examination, including 94 cases of non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI group),and 94 cases of unstable angina(UA group),59 cases with negative coronary angiography were treated as control group. We gived Gensini scores based on coronary artery lesions of UA group and NSTEMI group.SPSS 24.0 software was used for statistical description and analysis.Single factor analysis of variance was applied to the measurment data obey the normal distribution, and LSD was compared between groups,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Counting data were described by percentage statistics,chi-square test was used in comparison among different groups.Bonferroni method was used for comparison between two groups,P <0.05 was considered statistically significant.Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relation between PLR,serum Cys C levels and Gensini scores,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. The ROC curve was applied to seek the critical valueof guidelinesrs to diagnosis UA and NSTEMI,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:(1)The PLR levels of the UA group,NSTEMI group and control group were respectively,(113.77 ± 28.56)VS(155.73 ± 76.63)VS(94.54 ± 30.62),P<0.05.CysC levels were respectively,(0.88 ± 0.12)VS(0.96 ± 0.17)VS(0.80 ± 0.12)mg/L,P<0.05.The levels of PLR and Cys C in UA group and NSTEMI group were higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.(2)Spearman correlation analysis showed positive correlation between PLR levels and Gensini scores in UA group and NSTEMI group, the correlation coefficients were0.376 and 0.336 respectively,P<0.05.CysC levels were also positive correlative with Gensini scores in UA group and NSTEMI group, the correlation coefficients were0.332 and 0.292 respectively,P<0.05.(3)The best truncation values of PLR levels for the diagnosis of UA and NSTEMI were 103.95 and 136.57 respectively, the best truncation values of serum Cys C levels for the diagnosis of UA and NSTEMI were 0.83mg/L and 0.88 mg/L respectively.ConclusionPLR and serum Cys C levels are positively correlate with the severity of coronary lesions in patients with NSTE-ACS,we can use them to predict the severity of coronary artery. The two guidelines can also indicate the clinical classification of NSTE-ACS.
