Objective:Oral cancer is the sixth in malignant tumors.Because of its high malignant degree and low survival rate,it is a serious threat to human health.Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)which is the most common oral malignant tumor accounts for more than 90%in oral cancers.The vast majority of squamous cell carcinoma of the oral mucosa has a definite precancerous damage phenomenon,so the study of different stages of disease and clinical changes is of important significance in the treatment of OSCC.Cytokeratin 19(CK19)is found in a variety of oral and maxillofacial lesions,which is a kind of cytoskeleton acidic peptide,including 40 × 103da molecular.Besides,it is a marker for epithelial cells characteristic,whose function will not lose with the cancer cells.Cytokeratin 19 is a type I keratin,mainly found in the epithelium of the epithelial cells of the simple epithelium or rapidly dividing cells.Previous studies just detected different differentiation degree of oral squamous carcinoma tissues and discussed the content of serum CK19,if the protein which can be used as the indicators of oral squamous cell carcinoma of is uncertain.E-cadherins is a kind of calcium dependent transmembrane protein,mainly mediated the same intercellular adhesion reaction.All kinds of calcium adhesive molecule have the common structural part,including extracellular region,transmembrane region,and region in the cell.At present,the research of scholars both at home and abroad indicate that E-calcium viscosity reduced in cancerous tissue expression,but the formation of cancerous by mild epithelial dysplasia to moderate epithelial dysplasia is not reported.This study intends to get whole data during the whole process of cancer development of E-cad and CK19.By analyzing the change of quantity in the process of cancer of the oral mucosa,this article aims at providing powerful evidence for the treatment of precancerous diagnosis and cancer prognosis.Methods:75 SD rats were administered 0.004%4-Nitroquinoline-1-oxide(4NQO)in drinking water from the age of 6 weeks to the age of 30 weeks,15 SD rats were kept in the same conditions without 4NQO,to act as negative controls.Killed the rats at different stages.Tumors were removed from the surrounding mucosa and cut into four pieces,one of which underwent histological examination,and the others were kept there was no significant difference between epithelial dysplasia.Whether you can think of E-cad expression in peripheral blood can't identify simple and abnormal hyperplasia as a symbol of judgment before the oral lesions are neither sensitive nor specific.(4)The quantity of CK19 can be used as a marker to predict the increase of the degree of pathological changes,and the link between positive
