| Cyat hula officinalis Kuan is one of the key medicine in project of the theoretical research about the nature of TCM based on the efficacy of alleviating water retention.It have the significant diuretic effect in clinic.Ketosteroid compounds and saponins constituents may be act as mainly component of this plant.Based on thexperiment of pharmacodynamics,this topic was mainly to systematically study the total ketosteroid compounds from Cyathula officinalis Kuan.Purification technology:To optimize separation and purification technology condintiones of total ketosteroid compounds from the effective part of talleviating water retention in Cyathula officinalis Kuan.The separation efficiency was evaluated by measuring concentration of total ketosteroid compounds by HPLC.This purification method was simplestable and feasible.Chemical constituents:Photochemical constituents of important effective componenes of Cyathula officinalis Kuan,which are separated by the reverse column chromatography,the structures were identifited by physicochemical properies and spectral date of various.15 compounds were isolated from the Cyathula officinalis Kuan.2,5-dihydroxymethylfurane(1),5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde(2),n-butyl-O-β-D-fructopyranoside(3),6’-O-β-D-glucosyl-gentiopicroside(4),cyclo(L-Tyr-L-Leu)(5),8-C-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-4’,5,7-trihydroxyflavone(6),24,28-diepi-cyasterone(7),Cyasterone(8),28-epi-cyasterone(9),Amarasterone B(10),Amarasterone A(11),Maskisterone B(12),26-hydroxy-maskisterone B(13),Capitasterone(14),Precyasterone(15).Through this study,the Purification technology and chemical contituents studies from Cyathula officinalis Kuan provide reliable information for further study of the preparation and the declaration of the Traditional Chinese Drug Research. |
